THIS APARTMENT IS OUR SECOND HOME, YOUR SECOND HOME FOR LONG OR SHORT TERMS Do you want it to be your second home too, during a few months every year? THEN SPECIAL PRICE. Would you like to have a really luxury, comfortable and nice apartment for your holidays? Because it is our home is not typically furniture as a holiday apartment and it is in perfect condition with all the facilities and atmosphere. This modern, fully furnished, air-conditioned luxury two bedrooms beach front apartment sleeps four, plus two on floor bed, and is situated overlooking the famous Praia Da Rocha beach. The kitchen is equipped with washing-drying machine, microwave, stainless steel hob, toaster, fridge-freezer, etc. including champagne glasses and ice bucket to enjoy sun-downers on the balcony overlooking the sea. The air-conditioned main bedroom has a big double bed with a large dressing table and TV. The infamous Casino and night-clubs are in ten minutes walk.

The apartment is right in front of the most famous beach on the Algarve. Close to the apartment you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, golf, tennis, a sports centre, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas. less then 45 minutes drive away you will find climbing, mountain biking, horse riding, a zoo and a theme park. Boat trips to visit the local coastal caves are available at the marina,a 10 min walk. The infamous night life is only a 10 min walk, restaurants within a 5 min walk. Located near Alvor, you can choose between Alvor's charm and tranquility or Praia da Rocha's late night action. Both areas boast excellent sandy beaches with numerous bars, restaurants and shops ensuring a lively atmosphere in the warm evenings. Praia de Rocha also has lots of discos that stay open till very late. However if you are looking for water activities Portimao has jet skis, water skiing and others activities.

    If you are 2 people (or a couple with 2 little children) and stay more than 1 week, you have 10% discount.
    If you are more than 4 people and stay only 1week, you have to pay 20% extra.
    VERY INEXPENSIVE FOR LONG PERIODS (minimum 4 weeks) FROM 1st OCTOBER TO 31th MAY.
    EVEN MORE INEXPENSIVE IF YOU REPEAT EVERY YEAR. Please contact us.
  • A 30% deposit is necessary to secure the booking. 70% left 1 week before your arrival, or in cash when you arrive. Please note that prices are shown, charged and are payable in Euros.
    Send-us an e-mail and we'll give you a number account.
    A 'Security Deposit' of €200 is required for each booking against any damage or breakages
    Receipt of deposit and booking information will be confirmed by e-mail
  • Change over days are flexible though Saturdays are proffered.
    All linen and towels are included and there is no end of stay cleaning fee, but we ask that you leave the apartment clean and tidy.
    There are no additional costs.
    Full use of the pools and gardens are included in the cost.
    The under-ground secure parking with access control is also included in the price.
    The apartment is available from 3.00 pm on the first day and must be vacated by 11.00 am on the last day.
    We can help you to find a maid service once a week with a weekly change of linen. Additional day’s maid service could be arranged at additional cost.

we have just returned from this apartment and it was just perfect. the flat is immaculate, the underground parking so handy, the owner is excellent to deal with and i would recommend this flat to my friends. we hired a car and drove all round the region, and also found it handy to use for the supermarket.favourite day out was to the 'end of the world' at cape st vincent and the fabulous beach at belixe. the beach at praia da rocha is also postcard perfect.great holiday, highly recommended +++

A great apartment very close to Praia da Rocha

We had a wonderful vacation here. The apartment is clean, spacious, well-maintained and located in a quiet area (lovely when you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of beach life). Everything Praia da Rocha has to offer is close at hand with the beach only a short walk away (closest beach landmark is the miradouro bus stop). The grounds are lovely and well-kept. The pool and children's play area was a big plus for the kids (and for us). The apartment also came with a deeded parking spot and boasts outdoor gated parking as well. We would definitely consider coming back.

Excellent apartment to spend a week, at least. For its conditions, it sure was cheap. Very quiet place, nice and friendly people, and close to everything Algarve has to offer. Loved it.

Luxury Holiday

Just back from a great holiday in Praia da Rocha. We have holidayed there for the past 6 years and this year we enjoyed our best accommodation. The apartment is only 2/3 years old and is spotless. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and made sure that everything was just right for us. We stayed for three weeks and had the pool all to ourselves most of the time. We hired a car while we were there and it is really a great base to sightsee all of the Algarve. The apartment has every conceivable mod-con, including air-conditioning, and is kitted out to a very high standard. Just a nice distance away from the centre of the resort in a very quiet area. We've only just come back and already can't wait to return.

Grab a week in Portugal

Wonderful apartment in ideal location close to but far enough away from the strip at Prai de Rocha. We, 2 adult couples, were there in the last week of March this year, the weather was cool but dry so we never sampled the large pool and well tended gardens. Easy walking distance to the biz of Prai de Rocha with its many bars and restaurants. Wonderful little bar, turn right after leaving the apartment and head to the main road. The bar is across the road to the left, it has a Laurel and Hardy theme and the host Otto and his wife are great. Try it you won,t be disappointed. Down side of the apartment is a small one in that there were no towels so we had to buy some from the supermarket which is about a 5 minute drive away. Otherwise the apartment has everything you need and is spotless. Add a car and you have a great base to explore the Algarve.
