Rome charming and cosy apartment located in the typical district of Trastevere, in “Piazza della Scala”, on the 1st floor of the historical Stefaneschi tower of 15th Century, one of the buildings protected from Italian Fine Arts Ministry. The 65 Sq Metres apartment sleeps 5 and it is ideal for those looking for a prestigious accommodation in an historical mansion in the heart of the historical centre of Rome.It has a large living-room with a double sofa bed,a single sofa bed and large sofa,TV, large fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher. The bedroom with large double bed has a perfectly working fireplace. This apartment has also a large bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, a walk-in-closet and a small balcony. The wood beam ceiling 2 meters high from the floor,makes the environment warm and comfortable.

Located in the historical centre, the apartment is also well connected to the city airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) and to the main train stations in Rome. With a few steps you can cross the river and get to Campo de’ Fiori and Piazza Navona, in the heart of the historical centre of the Eternal City. Flatinrome 8 is in the perfect location for visiting the Eternal City by walk. The historical centre of Rome is in fact quite small: it’s a circle of less than 3 kilometres (less than 2 miles) in diameter that includes (from North clockwise): Termini Station, Coliseum, Trastevere and Vatican. All the major attractions are in between. From Flatinrome 8 you can walk to the main sites : Coliseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Navona Square, Pantheon, Campo de' Fiori, etc.

  • RATES UP TO 2 PERSONS +15 Euro per night / +75 Euro per week for each additional person.
    Weekly rates only valid for stays from Saturday to Saturday.
    Extra charge for required final cleaning (50 euro).
    Linen are not included in rental price. We kindly ask you to carry your own sheets, towels & pillow cases (pillows & blankets are instead included in the rental). Otherwise we can provide you linen for 15 euro per person (per change).
    Refundable security deposit: 300 Euro per unit.
    20% deposit payable at booking (bank transfer or postal order without any charge, cheque in Euro or credit card with a small charge), with cash in full at the check-in.

    Electricity is 0,50 Euro per KW (to be charged only if air conditioning is requested, otherwise is included)
    Cleaning assurance: if you don't find the apartment as clean as you expected, please let me know within 24 hours from your arrival and I will make the cleaning again at my own

    If a cancellation is made after the 15th days before your arrival, the rent must be paid in full.

    In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be FULLY reimbursed. Other expenses will not be reimbursed.

For whom sleeping in the living room, I would recommend to keep the double glazed windows shut, especially on Fridays and Saturdays.
