Notes to the rental rates

• RATES UP TO 2 PERSONS +15 Euro per night / +75 Euro per week for each additional person.
  Weekly rates only valid for stays from Saturday to Saturday.
  Extra charge for required final cleaning (50 euro).
  Linen are not included in rental price. We kindly ask you to carry your own sheets, towels & pillow cases (pillows & blankets are instead included in the rental). Otherwise we can provide you linen for 15 euro per person (per change).
  Refundable security deposit: 300 Euro per unit.
  20% deposit payable at booking (bank transfer or postal order without any charge, cheque in Euro or credit card with a small charge), with cash in full at the check-in.
  RATES INCLUDE:

  Electricity is 0,50 Euro per KW (to be charged only if air conditioning is requested, otherwise is included)
  Cleaning assurance: if you don't find the apartment as clean as you expected, please let me know within 24 hours from your arrival and I will make the cleaning again at my own

  Transfer to/from airport : 15 Euro per person with a minimum of 60 Euro from Fiumicino or 70 Euro from Ciampino
  Linen change and cleaning during the stay : 15 Euro per person, minimum 50 Euro
  Baby cot (free)
  Baby sitter (10 Euro per hour)
  Mobile telephone rental (5 Euro per day plus telephone bill): all calls to Italian land lines, to me and incoming calls from abroad included. You can also rent one more mobile that can talk for free with the other one
  A memorable day in Vatican. Adults: 42 Euro. Children 7-12 y.o.: 27 Euro. Children 0-6 y.o.: free. This package includes:
  Reserved entrance to Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel. NO QUEUE !
  One-day ticket to discover the whole Eternal city with open bus 'Christian Rome'

• CANCELLATION POLICY. The deposit is fully refundable only if we are able to re-rent the space for your dates.
  OTHERWISE :
  If a cancellation is made 2 months before your arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  If a cancellation is made 15 days before your arrival : no refund
  If a cancellation is made after the 15th days before your arrival, the rent must be paid in full.
  In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be FULLY reimbursed. Other expenses will not be reimbursed.
