Nice apartment full of amenities

We were speechless when we arrived to our vacation rental. Nothing was overlooked! The apartment was spotless and it had all of the amenities to make someone feel at home.
The owner was a delight to deal with and I will definitely be staying at one of her rentals in the near future

Nice condo in poor bulding

Nice and clean condo but bad for environnement and bad conditions of the buildind and swimmimg pool. Absolutely need renovation. The windows are broken and IT STINKS IN THE CONDO...Overprice for what you get...

Nice view of the ocean

The place was immaculate with a nice view of the ocean. The description of the place was very accurate. It was walking distance to most everywhere we wanted to go. The front desk personnel were nice. We would absolutely recommend this property to our friends. In fact, we have forwarded Robert's name and e-mail address to 3 other people since we got home.

Perfect location

The location of the property was perfect -- the view out of the huge window was a "wow" for us.. We were impressed by the owner and his help and assistance with everything. He met us as we arrived and gave us lots of info. The Studio was just as we saw in the photos - perfect for me and my husband. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We used the computer and the wireless connection within the condo and had no difficulties. We are already planning our 2010 visit and will definitely be working with Robert to stay at his condo again. This place is the place to be if you will be going anywhere within Miami Beach. It felt very safe.

Direct access to the beach

We stayed here the second week in March 2009 and had a wonderful time. The owner was very gracious, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was well located and extremely comfortable, and the building was very nice and safe. Also, the pictures on this site don't do justice to the amazing view of the ocean from the apartment. There was also direct access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
