Our first floor apartment is centrally located on the outskirts of Playa de las Americas in the popular area of Torviscas (Costa Adeje) and offers views to the mountains, coast and the island of La Gomera. Located within the Mareverde complex, renters can also enjoy the full complex facilities that include a number of cascading unusually offers two balcony areas where you can sit and watch the world pass by. Ideal for families or couples that want the flexibility of self catering but being close enough to local shops, restaurants, attractions, beaches and transport links. A brand new shopping complex and cinema has opened just a few minutes walk from the complex. Also, the new 'Siam water park' is again within walking distance and due to open imminently. All linen and towels are provided.

The centre of Playa de Las Americas is only 2km away and can easily be reached by taxi, bus or a 40 minute walk along the promonade. Los Christianos is only a 15 minute taxi drive or can be reached by walking the length of the promonade. Tenerife Sur airport is only a 20 minute taxi journey and costs approx €25. Buses to many parts of the island stop right outside the complex creating easy access to other parts of the island.

They will deliver you to the apartment itself and provide you with keys, familiarisation etc ensuring your arrival is smooth and easy. Anyone choosing to make their own transfer arrangements will need to collect the apartment keys from our management company offices, during business hours, before going to the apartment itself (outside of business hours would be subject to an additional fee). A lovely relaxing break in an ideal apartment

We have just returned from a week in Tenerife (April 2009) and had a lovely time. We were extremely lucky with the weather - late 20's every day. Communication with the owners was great and they kindly organised pick up and return to the airport. The apartment had everything we needed and was fitted with all mod-cons - even a flat screen tv - and was clean and tidy on arrival. The complex itself was gorgeous with a series of cascading pools and sunbeds and we were given a key to the gate (which remained locked at all times) so that we could come and go as we pleased. The beach (gorgeous - approx €9 for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella for the day) was only a 10 min walk away with a huge choice of bars and restaurants. The harbour was also nearby for boat trips. The area is quite hilly so walking back to the apartment was uphill but it did us good as all we were doing was sunbathing and eating! We caught the bus into Los Cristianos one day and walked the entire length of the promenade back - definitely a must, the views were spectacular. Little bit of noise at night from the traffic but nothing major. 24 hour supermarket located opposite the complex. All in all, a fantastic holiday - lovely and relaxing with a good choice of places to eat, with the option of going into Playa de las Americas for the nightlife. Would definitely recommend it!
