CASA LORENZO: A luxurious & spacious semi-detached villa sleeping up to 6 people. There are 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, cloakroom, open plan living/dining room and fully fitted kitchen. The property is furnished to a very high standard. Upstairs there is a fabulous super king 4 poster bed, Air Conditioning, large fitted wardrobe, safe & ensuite shower room & a twin room 2 single beds with mirrored wardrobe, Air Conditioning, complete with TV, playstation2 & over 150 games. The third twin bedroom has 2 single beds with mirrored wardrobe, Air Conditioning and a sea view. The four poster room & twin rooms have french doors opening out onto a small 'Juliet' balcony which overlooks the heated swimming pool. All bedrooms have ample storage & are beautifully furnished. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, washbasin, WC & bidet. Downstairs is a large open plan lounge/dining area with french doors opening out into the back garden area, and to the pool.

CORRALEJO: With tourism booming on Fuerteventura, Corralejo, situated in the north, is one of the most popular resorts on the island. More and more apartments are springing up each year to cope with the demand, and Corralejo which was once a small fishing village, has now grown into a lively colourful town. Luckily, Corralejo has managed to retain its original charm and atmosphere, and there are still white sandy beaches in the town centre, where you can 'drop down' and soak up the Canarian sunshine. Most of the shops, bars and restaurants are along the Corralejo main street which leads right down through the music square and on to the harbour which looks across the other side of town and the sand dunes. These dunes (which are a protected nature reserve) lie just beyond the town. The dunes spread for miles along the east coast and this is what makes Corralejo such a popular resort. Corralejo caters for all ages and there's a wide variety of things to do.

    £200 deposit is required upon booking, with the balance due within 6 weeks of your departure date.
    Preferred method of payment is bank transfer. We can accept bank transfers in GBP or Euros.
    A refundable security deposit of £100 is also required upon payment of the balance.

    Pool heating if booked in advance £45 per week, not necessary from May to October.

PARKING & SECURITY: At the front of the villa is a private driveway with an electrically operated gate, making it safe for children. There is also plenty of parking space immediately in front of the driveway, the front garden has various flowers and cacti. The Patio has a table and chairs for 6 with Parasol, BBQ and 3 sunloungers. The villa is fully alarmed, with a simple key fob operation for your convenience.

A superb villa with excellent amenites

What a superb villa! A huge TV, hundreds of DVD's, a computer with broadband, PS2, private pool and BBQ.
These were just some of the things on offer which made this a memorable holiday for us. Accurately described and well maintained to a very high standard. Specifications such as the leather recliner sofa, the freshwater pool (which was so much nicer/kinder than the usual chlorine ones) and the gorgeous 4 poster bed made it a luxurious stay, and we were sad to leave at the end of our holiday.
It offers excellent value for money!
The villa is located on a small quiet complex which is 10 minutes drive away from the centre of Correlejo and there is an enjoyable 20 minutes walk down the perimetre path to Tiffany's roundabout where there are a couple of bars shops and restaurants.
If you visit Correlejo, you must pay a visit to Fifth Avenue restaurant, where David (the chef from Rochdale) cooks the most fabulous meals! Go and you will not be disappointed. Fantastic steaks and desserts to die for!

Relaxing Family getaway

THE VILLA: We stayed in this villa in July 2008. 2 families, 4 adults and 2 children aged 6 & 8. The villa was superb. Very spacious Private and relaxing on a newly built estate. It had everything you would need for adults and children. We spent most of our time at the villa as everyone was occupied having our own pool, play station, DVDs and internet etc. The property was well maintained and very clean and any problems we had we just called the local carers for the villa who helped us any way they could. I would recommend this villa for all age groups and would recommend it to any friend and family who are considering visiting the island. I would say that it would be in your best interest to hire a car if you have children as the main town was a 45min walk and in the heat its exhausting. You would also save on transfers if you hired a car from the airport.

NIGHTS OUT: The main town isn’t too lively mainly people chilling and having lunch. Don’t get me wrong though if you venture down some of the side streets there are plenty of bars to entertain you. For children I would recommend a pub called 7 pints, they had entertainment every night for the kids (it is sign posted). We enjoyed the rock bar, talk of the town, McCarthy’s and down under. There is also a bar next to down under which had things on for the kids like acrobats and snakes etc.

MEALS: If you are looking for a nice meal the restaurants are just as good as each other we didn’t really have a favourite. The food was really nice. Our takeaway venue was talk of the town although they can be a bit greasy or a place called the American bar. We found this place later on in the holiday, its in the main street at the bottom near the garage. There food was really nice and cheap.

DAYS OUT: Visiting Buka water park was good although we should of stayed for half the day as you didn’t have to que for the slides and we had done them all in a few hours. The quads were excellent we did the 2 hour trek but wished we had done the 4 hour one, even the wife’s loved it.lol. Flag beach was the best beach of them all and worth the visit, beautiful white sands and clear sea, although there is a wind so the sand was blowing a bit but its a beach that’s what you expect. We didn’t like Waikiki beach as there were to many rocks in the sea and you needed shoes on to go in it.
Overall the villa and the holiday was fantastic. we would defiantly go back.
