Notes to the rental rates Note that changeover day is Saturday and minimum rental period is one week (Shorter stays, from 3 days, possible on the low season, from November to April). A monthly rate is negotiable in the winter months from November to February. Payment details are shown in our inquiry follow up letter, copy of which will be provided on request. A 15% deposit is required on booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. A refundable damage deposit of £50 per week rental is also required (refundable within 2 weeks of return). Included in the rental rates are: Bed linens and towels provided on arrival and changed on a weekly basis. All utility charges. Rentals for periods less than a week are available on request.
