2 Bed apartment for rent, with two balconies and air conditioning in both bedrooms and main living area. Large shared pool/poolside area with childrens paddling pool, the complex is walled and gated creating a secure area. The local amenities are a few minutes walk with the beach just 10 minutes walk. The balconies are shaded so provide some respite from the afternoon sun, but the poolside area provides excellent sunbathing opportunities, there are sunbeds provided for use by the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes washing machine, water cooler, clothes dryer, kettle, iron/board, etc. The living room includes a TV and DVD player, mosquito nets are fitted to all balcony doors.

Nearest Airport: Bodrum at 60 Miles
Nearest Ferry: Altinkum at 1 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 200.0 Metres
Car: not necessary
Local attractions include Ephesus, Pamukkale, Dalyan, Aqua Park these and many others are accessible by local tour companies and are only a short journey. The main Altinkum beach is just a short walk from the apartment with a lifeguard on duty during the day and a gentle slope out to the sea making it a safe place for children. Many activities can be arranged along the sea front including sea cruise, fishing trips, scuba diving, ferry to Greek Kos. The night life includes many excellent cafes, bars and night clubs.
