Sea, tranquillity and secure surroundings characterise this wonderful Selsey bungalow. 200 yards from the beach (the view inspired ‘By the Sleepy Lagoon’ the signature tune of ‘Desert Island Discs’) makes this an idyllic seaside getaway. Spacious accommodation provides ample room for a large family, two families together or a group of adults coming to enjoy the sea, fishing, Chichester Festival or Glorious Goodwood. Selsey village has all the shops, takeaways and other amenities to provide a relatively car free holiday, and boasts one of the country’s favourite fish & chip shops – Luck’s. West Selsey has a leisure complex with superb pool (with slides & water splashes) and a funfair. Selsey and nearby Chichester Golf Clubs provide challenging rounds, while visitors flock to Pagham Harbour nature reserve (short walk along the shore) for the south coast’s finest bird watching. For the more active, Selsey has a diving school and kayaking, sailing and riding can all be arranged nearby.

Selsey is located on the famous Selsey Bill just 8 miles from Chichester and Bognor Regis and close by to Goodwood. The world renowned Pagham Harbour nature reserve as well as the sandy beaches of East Wittering and West Wittering are minutes away. The famous church in nearby Church Norton attracts many visitors as do a variety of local gastro pubs including the award winning Crab & Lobster pub hotel in neighbouring Sidlesham. Goodwood's glittering stands can be seen atop the South Downs and Selsey is a great place to stay for ease of access to the special events at Goodwood - the Revival, the races and of course the world famous Glorious Goodwood week. The annual Chichester Festival previews many great theatrical works before they premiere on the stage in the London West End and Selsey has its own abundance of festivities throughout the year.
