Sunny, airy lounge with big homely sofa, LCD TV, sat DVD, Cd. La Torre is a secure 'gated' golf resort safe for families with 12 communal swimming pools, tennis and a 5 star hotel due to open late 2008. Guests have access to the Resort's 18 hole Jack Nicklaus golf course and the courses of Mar Menor, El Valle, Mosa Trajectum, Torre Pacheco, La Finca , Las Ramblas and La Manga are all within a short drive. Medieval Murcia, a 20 min drive, has nightlife, shopping and restaurants and the historical city of Cartagena is just 30 mins away. The balance paid 8 weeks before commencement date of stay. £150 security deposit is to be added to the final payment and will be refunded directly into your bank within 14 days of departure from apartment provided there is no damage during your stay.
    *** For all bookings made outside the UK, a standard £15 bank transfer fee shall apply.
    ***Air conditioning, central heating, linen and towels for 4 included in the price. A cleaning charge payable locally on bookings over 1 week duration.

My partner and I booked a weeks stay in this apartment with our two young children at short notice. Jas was extremely helpful and efficient with the whole booking process and arranged someone to meet us and take us to the apartment from the airport. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and overlooks the communal gardens and pool. It has a lovely large terrace complete with table and chairs, sun loungers and even a barbecue, which we put to good use! All the equipment in the apartment is of high quality and it is complete with everything that you need to make your stay enjoyable, even things that you would not normally expect to find such as an iron and a dishwasher etc. The complex itself is lovely, and whilst on a golf course, offers plenty to do besides. We are not golfers at all, but just enjoyed the restaurants and bars which were only a few minutes walk from the apartment, as well as having the local supermarket nearby. All in all, a fantastic apartment and complex, great for young families or couples and definitely a place we would return to.

Beautiful apartment in a great central location, a home-from-home, exactly as it is described. Fabulous pools to chose from and all within very well-maintained grounds. Would highly recommend to families or couples & golfers! Jas very helpful and made the whole bookeing process etc very simple and worry free. Lots of attractions and places to go within short travelling distance by car. Will be back!

a comletely stressless and beautiful holiday experience!!! Every single detail in this appartment is absolutely high standard. The surroundings are wonderful, the supermarket a short walk away with long opening hours to suit individuals. Our Kids(14,13,5) loved everything about our stay there. The poolarea, playground, our daily visits to the clubhouse and also the shopping in some of those beautiful shoppingcentres nearby. We loved it so much that we decided to book again in 2009!!!

Lovely, spacious, brand new property, beautifully furnished, well equipped apartment.
Well positioned within resort. a short walk to the club house, restaurants and supermarket.
Playground situated below, with excellent pool for the children & adults alike.

I would highly recommend to others.
