The sandstone steading building is in an L shape with the long part of the 'L' housing the 3 bedroom property and the shorter part of the 'L' housing the 2 bedroom property. These can be used as one large property when the interconnecting door is unlocked. This gives you a large 5 bedroom cottage. The 3 bedroom property, Outfield, has a large east facing patio and private parking beside the house. The 2 bedroom property, Pitmiddle, has a west facing patio and private parking beside the house. The detached painted cottage, Honeysuckle, has one bedroom and its own large patio which is west facing. Guests are able to have shared use of the tennis court. The surrounding garden area (with croquet in the summer) is shared. The property is on a very small farm accessed via a farm road.

This cottage can sleep 2 in a king size bed. It offers cosy fire side comfort with its open fire. For the summer months it has a large patio and grassy area on which to relax. It faces south and west. Located in rural Perthshire but within 20 minutes of Perth or Dundee city centres. The cottage is small as it sleeps only 2. The front door takes you into the sitting room with its open fire. All other rooms are off the sitting room. The kitchen has a table for dining. The bathroom has a bath with an electric shower over the top of it. The bedroom has a king size bed. Outside you have a large patio area and garden furniture. There is a gravel driveway and some grass where you can dine under the pine tree and watch the sun go down as it is west facing. This cottage is part of a complex, there is a neighbouring steading building which sleeps 2-10 and we have a games room and tennis court. The property is on a very small farm with a farm track to access it.

This property is on a small farm in The Carse of Gowrie only a mile from Abernyte. We are 20 minutes from Dundee city centre and 20 minutes (by car) from Perth city centre. Although rural we are about 7 minutes by car to the dual carriageway and then it is an hour to Edinburgh or an hour and a bit to the outskirts of Glasgow or within an hour you are up in the Highlands.
