The house is located between Campos, a small Mallorcan village, and Es Trenc, the largest preserved sand beach of the entire island. Wonderful for bicycle, skaters and horse lovers. Within a 5 min drive you have: -Campos, with all amenities, supermarkets, 24 hour doctor, restaurants and bars, Sport centre with modern Gym, indoor swimming pool, pilates etc. -There is a cycling path until Es Trenc cristal waters sand beach and Sa Rapita marina overlooking the beach and the litle harbour. Within a 10-15 min drive: Santanyi, Es Llombards, Ses Salines and other traditional local towns with lively markets, art galleries, terraced cafes and restaurants. Also the ports of Sa Rapita and Colonia Sant Jordi with a good selection of restaurants, shops, water sports and boat services for day trips to the preserved island of Cabrera.-Marriot Golf course within a 20 min drive. -In 30 minutes the airport and the historic and lively town of Palma full of excellent shopping, entertainment and culture.

We liked the house a lot. It is close to beaches, but tucked away in a nice quiet village where hardly any tourists go. The photographs give a good impression of what it looks like. The house is very clean, nicely furbished and in very good condiiton. We had a very good time and would recommend the property to our friends.

The house you'd love to own!

We cannot think of anything better than sitting in the shade of a pine tree on a hot day with a glass of wine in one's hand and a good book in the other. This villa does everything to make this possible; the south facing terrace is shaded by an enormous pine tree, casting a perfect pattern of shade and sun over the terrace, chairs and table. The kitchen adjoins the terrace. The right hand extension (pic above) contains a marvellously comfortable TV/ DVD room for evening film shows and squashy armchairs. The sitting room has double doors looking out to the garden, glazed for winter, an open fire and a fantastic sofa and dining table. Out the back is a yard with a wash house. Upstairs two very comfortable bedrooms with really modern marble bathroom. The A/C is controllable room-by-room. The house stands on the edge of a tiny hamlet surrounded by farmland with bicycle trails everywhere and practically zero traffic. Campos with supermarket 10 minutes by car, fabulous beach 10 mins in other direction, with beach restaurants - fish on the griddle.The owner's agent met us and was very kind and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely house a lot. The house has floor heating which makes it ideally in this time of the year as well.
