Athina Gardens villa number 9 has been tastefully decorated throughout and can accommodate up to six people, making it an ideal family rental property. The downstairs area is open plan with a spacious living, dining and kitchen area, which receive a considerable amount of natural light throughout the day thanks to the property’s large patio doors and windows. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms, one of which opens out onto a balcony, As well as two sofa beds, a number of appliances including dishwasher, freezer, TV and washing machine have also been included, together with a number of kitchen utensils, all designed to make life as easy as possible for you during your stay. Situated just a short walk from the beach, the villa has a wonderful landscaped garden that provides a colourful display of flowers throughout the year, as well as a private swimming pool, patio and barbecue, so you can really experience and enjoy the al fresco lifestyle.
