The house is situated on the outskirts of the hamlet of St Martin des Fontaines, 5 mins walk from a small bar/pizzeria, 5mins drive from large village L'Hermenault and 10mins drive from Fontenay-le Comte. 45mins from La Rochelle, 70mins from Nantes Airport, The Mervent / Vouvant Forest with lakes, boating or fishing is just 10mins; the Green Venice, a network of tree lined rivers and canals is 15mins. It's lso Ideally located for visiting Puy du Fou, 45mins and Futurascope45 mins. The west coast beaches are less than 45 mins away indoor pool, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding and GOLF all within 15 mins. Selection of good VINEYARDS 15-25mins drive; Saumur 90mins north east; Cognac 90mins south. It's a great location.
