This spacious 2 bedroom detached villa has a delightful sea view and is just a five minute walk for the beautiful local beach at Ayia Triada. Located on the Athina Gardens development, villa number 5 is fully furnished and has been tastefully decorated throughout, to give a light and sunny open plan aspect to the downstairs area. Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms, one of which opens out onto a balcony to give a wonderful sea view. Located just 5 minutes drive away from Paralimni or from the buzzing town of Protaras, in this area you can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities including snorkeling, scuba diving or even mini-golf, horse riding and many others.
