Very spacious brand new luxury air-conditioned apartment, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and double sofa bed in large living area, separate kitchen. Balconies to front and back overlooking gated landscaped gardens and use of 2 pools (one kids pool). On quiet part of stunning new development and walking distance to beautiful beaches, a perfect self-catering apartment but still only a 2 minute walk to a wide range of restaurants and bars and close to several golf courses. The Old town and beaches can also be easily reached on the mini-train, great for kids. On site restaurant, snack bar, children's play area and mini-golf. Secure underground car parking with parking space and direct access to apartment via lift from both front entrance and car park. Electric shutters to all windows. Located in central part of the Algarve close to all major attractions including Zoomarine, Algarve Shopping, water parks, numerous golf courses (the closest are Salgados, Balaia and Pine Cliffs Golf).

Algarve Shopping only a 5 minute drive. Only a few minutes walk to a wide range of restaurants and bars.

I have had a holiday in this apartment and in over 20 years in going to the Algarve this is by far the best place we have ever stayed. No faults at all. We were looking for a chilled holiday and that is what we had, thoroughly recommend this apartment. Very clean apartment. Within easy reach of the shops and restaurants.Very secure as well
