'Le Jardin'The Garden is a cosy and comfortable home, situated in the picturesque medieval part of Cagnes-sur-Mer, heart of french riviera.20min by car to Nice and Cannes,10 to the beach. .All commodities at walking distance(free shuttle every15 min,up and down town).No private parking, a fee parking close,parking is otherwise free in the village.The house is old, but fully equipped(no air-con,we prefer fans)Two bedrooms with french matrimonial ,main bedroom 2x90cm beds. Bathroom,WC+1individual WC A few places have low ceilings, never less than 180cm. Two levels and a half! Romanticism in Provencal style,terracotta floors. The pool,with its half heart shape,has it's entrance from one of the living room vaults and has a roman bar. Also from the living room there is a blind room with a bed for 2 persons 160cm. A nice little garden with BBQ. Enjoy country feeling in the middle of La cote d'Azur.We recommend 6 persons, sleeps 8.

Le jardin, has from its fantasique situation in the medieval village of Haut de Cagnes, a unique privalige of being close to every commodity ,and still benefit from calm and nature.The village was grounded by the Grimaldis in the 13th century.Walking in it's narrow alles will take you out of time. Quite a few, very good restaurants will tempt with their fine menues and good wines. Down hill you will find the provençal market with fruits and vegetables,from the local surroundings.This is also where you will do your shopping,wherest food or clothes or souvenirs.A bus station that distributes the whole of the riviera. St:Paul de Vence, the very famous art village is almost next hill, our local hero, Monsieur Renoir has his Museum on another,amongst others, more or less famous, this is the place to go ,of course last but not least the famous mediterrainean at your feets.

  • Le Jardin is also for sale,a local realestate agency might contact you during your stay for visiting the property,they are asked to contact you, minimum the day before.
  • To reserve 'Le Jardin' we ask 50%, this amount confirmes your stay, but will not be returned, unless you or me find another customer.Since Le Jardin is for sale we cannot make reservation confirmation before 3 months ahead of period requested, please go ahead and make unpaid reservation and we will confirm in time.(during the month of april)
