A lovely bright two bedroom apartment in an art deco block

The apartment is situated in the lovely Parc Imperial area, within a 12 minute walk to the lovely beaches. It is on the 4th floor of an art deco block and is serviced by a quaint old fashioned lift. Although modernised it has retained its original lovely parquet flooring and attractive covings. There are two bedrooms, both with Chinese wardrobes and comfortable beds. In one bedroom there is a double bed and in the other, twin beds. The furniture is contemporary and there are two sofas in the lounge which open out into a small balcony. In the fully fitted kitchen is a washing machine and fridge. The bathroom is spacious and there is bath and shower facilities. The main shopping area is about a fifteen minute walk but you can also take a bus, the stop being a two minute walk away. The nearest supermarket is a five minute walk although there is a boulangerie on the ground floor of the block where you can get freshly made croissants and baguettes. The railway station is six minutes away.

Nice has everything a medieval coastal town has to offer, beautiful blue seas and sky's, lovely beaches, great architecture, like the world famous Hotel Negresco and the Palais du Justice, museums, parks such as the beautiful Collin Du Chateau, open markets, numerous first class restaurants and boutiques especially in the quaint and gorgeous Old Town areas where the narrow, cobbled streets acts as a magnet. One also has access to the world famous towns of Monaco, Cannes and Grasse famous for its perfume making. There are numerous bars and night clubs in Nice and the surrounding areas for a vibrant and exciting night life. There are facilities for both sea and land sports. There is a good tennis club with numerous courts, minutes from the apartment.
