From the house The Casino of Puerto Banus is walking distance 10 minutes as well as Puerto Banus and the beach (beach and Puerto Banus 15-20 minutes walking). The closest restaurant is one of the best grill places in all Marbella area and it´s only 5 minutes from the villa. There is a mini market just about the corner. Golf, beach, mountain, everything that you imagine. Puerto Banús is great place to enjoy life, go to restaurants, yachting and shopping. Puerto Banús is a marina in Marbella, and it serves as a luxury marina and shopping complex. The focal point of Puerto Banus is the marina. It has berths for 915 boats. Behind the harbour lie streets filled with bars, boutiques and nightclubs. Behind the main square is a vast El Corte Inglés department store. You can make great shopping here. The marina has slips for boats and ships from 8 to 50 meters. Its surface area is 15 hectares, and its depth ranges from 3 to 6 meters within the marina, with 7.5 meters at its end

| Notes: | A beautiful house walking distance to the beach and the World Famouse Puerto Banus. The house has 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms and a big fully equipped kitchen. ON the first floor you can find the kitchen with breakfast area, the dining room, the living room (TV, Satellite, DVD), an office with internet connection, a toilet and a fantastic entrance with stucco decoration and a huge cupola. On the second floor are situated 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom with a terrace and a charming bathroom. This bathroom has also stucco decoration and a cupola situated just above the Jacuzzi. This bedroom is equipped with a TV and a king sized bed, with a high quality orthopaedic mattress. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with and orthopaedic mattress also, and the third bedroom has a single bed. Next to these bedrooms is situated the second bathroom with a shower and toilet. In the basement there is a separated apartment, with one room, living room, bathroom. |

The Villa is situated in the urbanization called Altos de Rodeo just close to the famous restaurant El Rodeito, and the close newly opened hotel Lorcrimar. The direction of the house is Calle Rio Tamesis 3, Nueva Andalucia, 29660 Marbella. The street name is new, 6 month ago didn't had a name, so it might be difficult to find it in some maps. But finding the urbanization is quite easy. You can find near all the most important things: Bank: 1km, ATM machine -300m, Pharmacy 1km, Doctor-1km, Hospital-5km , Grocery- 100m, tennis court- 200m, restaurant-200m, casino-500m. The terrain where the house is situated has 700m2. It´s a nice plot with a not too big garden, nice swimming pool, barbecue area and a parking zone. You can enjoy your time, being in the pool on the terrace, which has automated shaders, reading in the balcony of the main terrace, sunbathing or just enjoying the interior of the house.
The house has a nice entrance area with a kupola and stucco decoration, all the decoration is hand made in the entrance area, just amazing. From the entrance area there are two doors opening, one to the office, which has 3 chairs, a big studio table, internet connection, telephone (local calls included, international not), the other one opens to the dining area, from where you can see already the garden and the terrace. In the house everywhere there is safety automated system of window blinds, which makes the house safe and also takes away sun if you don’t want it to enter to the house. The house has also a security system. It is a zone system, so when you are sleeping it can be turned on except of course in the room you are sleeping. The house has air conditioning and heating system. Heating can be by air or floor heating. Also in the salon there is chimney making cold night romantic and warm. The salon is spacious with a huge window looking at the swimming pool and terrace.
It has a TV, DVD and international satellite. The dinning room has a table for 6 people, with beautiful Italian white leather chairs. In the salon there is also another dining table for 6 people in case you want to make a big dinner for more people. The kitchen is big with a kitchen island and a breakfast area. It has everything that you need. 2 types of plates sets, one more elegant, one more casual, wine glasses, Champaign glasses, whisky glasses, water glasses, cutlery, and everything you need for cooking - robots, oven, fryer, dishwasher…. even spices. Downstairs there is also a little bathroom also with marble and stucco decoration. In the house the floor is from first quality marble. Also all the bathrooms has marble and stucco decorations in different colours, electric floor heating for you commodity and a huge shower heads with different massage options.
Golf Information:
The terrace is nice with views to the garden and swimming pool. It has a barbecue area also. One part of a garden is decorated with mosaic floor made from small stones. In the garage area which is not covered can fit two cars. Upstairs there are 3 rooms. The main bedroom has a king sized bed with orthopaedic mattress, en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a shower. It also has it’s own terrace. The bathroom has green and beige marble decoration and also has a huge cupola above the Jacuzzi. Another queen sized bedroom and a single sized bedroom are upstairs with a shared bathroom. Both have orthopaedic mattresses. On the stairway there is a mosaic window looking at the garden, making it lighter and warm. In the basement there is a separate apartment for invited guests. It has a dining room, a living room (with TV), bedroom with king sized bed (orthopaedic mattress), bathroom with shower and bide. There is a separate entrance door to this part in case you want to enter to the house without crossing the all house.
