Fotini is a brand new luxurious seafront villa in Protaras / Cape Greco in a beautifully designed gated development. Outside it has its own private swimming pool and landscaped garden with chairs and sun beds for six and a gas BBQ. Relax overlooking the sea and shoreline which is ideal for snorkelling (using equipment provided in the villa). It's a 5 minute walk along the shore to the local beach or a few minutes further to Konnos beach with its water sports facilities. The villa has two stylish and comfortable double bedrooms (one en suite) and one pretty twin. Cool marble floors and tables on the ground floor are complimented by comfortable leather sofas. Fotini has free high speed Wi-fi internet access, LCD TV, satellite receiver, DVD player, Nintendo Wii console,PlayStation 2, iPod/mp3 docking stations and a local mobile phone for your use. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher etc. so everything you need is to hand. Fotini is your luxury home from home.

Fotini is located on a lovely shoreline, on the Cape Greco side of Protaras. Only a few minutes drive to Protaras and its famous Fig Tree Bay, a vast array of restaurants, bars and other attractions and 5 minutes to Agia Napa with its wide beaches and fun night-life. The beautiful unspoilt area of Cape Greco has stunning coastal views and walks. The shore opposite the villa is popular with local fishermen and great for diving and snorkelling. The nearest beach is only 5 minutes walk away or a few minutes further in the other direction is the popular Konnos beach and the 5 star Grecian Park hotel, which provides a variety of water sports. You'll find diving, excursions and scooter or beach buggy hire in Protaras and in Agia Napa the award-winning Water World Water Park and boat trips from the harbour.   • The bathrooms all include luxury towels and the water system is pressurised. A separate additional cloakroom is located downstairs and there is also an exterior shower near the pool.

  • The bedrooms are furnished in contrasting styles with designer fabrics and accessories. The linen is Egyptian cotton with anti- allergy pillows and duvets. All bedrooms have air conditioning (hot and cold) and duvets are available for use in the winter. The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool and sea, a fitted wardrobe which includes a safe for valuables and a chest of draws where you will also find a hair dryer. It has its own ensuite shower with WC and basin. The 2nd bedroom on the front of the villa also has beautiful sea views, a large fitted wardrobe, console table and mirror. The 3rd bedroom is a twin room but the beds can be put together to form a double if required. It also has a large fitted wardrobe, console and mirrors. Baby cots and high chair can be provided on request for a small additional charge.

Notes: Children are welcome but this is a luxury villa and the garden, which opens directly to the shoreline, is not fully fenced. For young children a cot and high chair can be provided on request. The villa itself is non-smoking, but smoking is allowed outside. The local satellite system provides hundreds of TV and radio channels. Wireless broadband internet access is provided for guests who have laptops and the Ipod / MP3 docking stations in the sitting room and master bedroom can also be used with your laptop to play your own music or internet radio. We have provided the latest Nintendo Wii games console with two wireless controllers so you can play virtual sports such as tennis, golf or bowling and other games - If you have other favourites please bring them with you. The DVD player will play both DVDs and CDs and the MP3 speakers work with any player with a standard headphone socket. A local pay-as-you-go mobile phone is provided for guests use whilst staying in the villa.

Weddings in Cyprus: This villa provides an ideal base for families organising a wedding at the nearby Grecian Park Hotel which is just a few hundred metres away. The internet and phone makes it easy to make arrangements and the villa in close to Protoras centre, Paralimni and Agia Napa. It's also only about five minutes from the Motorway to Larnaca and the other cities. Villa Fotini has a lovely sister villa - Villa Maroc (Ref: 400608) which is just a few doors away and both villas can be booked together to accommodate up to twelve people. A discount is available for guests booking both villas.

Car Hire: Whilst there are supermarkets and shops within five to ten minutes walk of the villa hiring a car from the airport will save you a taxi and enable you to explore the area and make the most of the island, including trips to the capital Nicosia, the Trudos Mountains or the island's numerous historical, religious and archaeological sites. Car hire is quite economical - particularly if you book through a website.

Stayed here for 1 week, my parents are still there. This is a beautiful villa, there is alot of construction going on around but we could not hear it. Nice pool, cleaned twice a week, everything you could want in the kitchen and a short walk or an 8 Euro taxi into Protaras to eat. There is a supermarket at the top of the road which sells most things. For fresh meat and fish you would have to drive 10 mins into Paralimini. I would return in the future, it is peaceful, classy and well positioned. Don't miss out on the beautiful beaches and snorkelling a few mins walk from the villa too.
Owner's Response: Last year the council were making inprovements to the main road but all construction around the development is complete and it's lovely!
