This private villa is available all year round for self catering holiday rentals. Set with views looking out over the Mediterranean sea from one of its 3 balconies this spacious villa consists of 3 double bedrooms (one master bedroom with en suit), 2 bathrooms, open plan lounge and dining area which leads you to grand terrace area, separate fully equipt kitchen, 2 spacious roof terraces offering excellent views of the sea and mountains and a garage for those of you with car hire. Surrounding the villa you will locate a generous patio area with private swimming pool to relax in and unwind from it all. The villa is set within a small complex of 5 private villas and is only a 3 minute walk to the local harbour area and a further 5 minute walk to the beach were you will also locate a supermarket, bar and restaurant. There is a local the local Tram link is situated within a 10-15 minute stroll of the villa. Due to the current global market we have reduced our rates for 2009.

For golf enthusiast there are 5 local golf courses within a 20 minute drive of the Villa were we can offer you discount for your golf party. Take in the local fantastic blue flag beaches of El campello and San Juan along with their fantastic promenades which offer you an array of cosmopolitan cuisine. The caves of Busot are well worth a visit and this is also an area for climbing and walking. There are water sport activites in el Campello along with boat excursions which take you along the coast. There are local football, rugby, bowls, tennis clubs etc throughout the area or for those of you who liking shopping there are ample markets and shopping centres to explore.

Beautiful stunning villa

This villa was beautiful and a perfect location for a family holiday. My 2 children (1 and 3 years) loved the pool and the garden and all the adults loved the property too ! Great base to explore the local town and beaches too. We will hopefully come again next summer !
Owner/property manager provided excellent customer service and would recommend this property.

We would like to express our gratitude to the owners of this villa and to Sundrenchedvillas for offering us this fantastic villa for our family break in November.
The villa was spotless throughout and the area was ideal for our family of 4 including our 2 children. We visited many areas with our hire car and made the most of the tram link on several occaisions. we will be back again next year to enjoy the peace and quiet of the La Merced area, oh and my son says not to mention the fishing in the local harbour.
