A comfortable villa furnished to a high standard throughout. The villa has the benefit of air conditioning to cool the villa. The ground floor has an entrance hall leading to three bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite and the others sharing a full bathroom. The villa is surrounded by gardens and a substantial drive leading to a large car port. There is a large brick built BBQ and eating/play area. The drive gates close for added security. The upper floor has the master bedroom with en-suite full bathroom and access to a large south facing terrace with sea views. There is a lounge dining room with patio doors to the front terrace with table and chairs and sea views. The lounge has Satellite TV, DVD and CD equipment. There is a cloakroom off the landing. The fully equipped fitted kitchen with granite work tops has a hatch through to the lounge / diner. There is an adjacent utility room with washing machines, freezer, and balcony off. Kids club available locally.

The fabulous beach of Praia da Luz with its water sports centres, boat trips, golden sands, bars, restaurants and shops is just a few minutes walk away from the villa which is in a quiet cul de sac. The village has just had a major face lift making it the most pleasant of the western Algarve resorts. Within a few minutes drive are three championship golf courses and the historic walled City of Lagos with a huge range of bars, clubs, restaurants, shops, churches and museums and a modern Marina where boats can be hired and trips arranged to see dolphins and go game fishing. The villa is ideally situated to explore the Western Algarve with its picturesque beaches and quaint fishing villages. Europe's most south westerly point of Cape St. Vincent and the fishing port of Sagres are worth a visit as is the west coast with unspoiled miles of sandy beaches, dramatic cliffs and Atlantic waves. The food, wine and Algarve people make this a very pleasant and inexpensive area to holiday in.

There are more than 30 18 hole courses along the Algarve, most less than an hours drive from your Villa.
