The villa has 4 double bedrooms sleeping 8. Large sunny patio around the pool, covered terrace for al fresco dining and relaxing. BBQ. Great holiday rental for kids as house and beautiful mediterranean gardens are on one level.

Javea’s historic Old Town with its winding streets of white houses adorned with traditional wrought iron balconies and gothic style windows leads down to the Port. This traditional fishing port has a large marina, shops and a clean, white pebble beach. The brightly lit promenade has an array of bars and restaurants. A pleasant walk along the coastline brings you to the beautiful, sandy Arenal beach planted with palm trees and with play areas for children, sunbeds and parasols. The promenade has a variety of bars, restaurants and shops. Nearby there are lovely, small coves and beaches such as La Granadella which are great for diving and snorkelling. For golfers, you are a 15 min drive to either La Sella or Javea Golf Courses, 40 min by car to the Terra Mitica Theme Park, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar (Sea World). One hour from Valencia’s world famous Oceanographic. Javea is ideal for a family holiday with lots to do for children and adults alike.
