This superb ´Penthouse´apartment is ideally situated in the ´up market´ area of Las Americas! There are many shops/ bars and excellent restaurants close by. Within a few minutes walk are 2 lovely, safe beaches whose promenades house some very popular eating places! Children are welcome and there will be NO extra charge. Prices are based on 2 adults sharing, for each additional adult(16 plus) there will be a supplement of 20 pounds per week. No more than three adults will be accepted in one booking.
A non-refundable deposit of 50 pounds is required to secure the booking. Payment and key details to be confirmed at time of booking.

Beach towels are provided, allowing extra space in your suitcase for those duty free purchases!! There are pay phones inside the complex and internet access is available. All bedding and towels will be changed weekly. The complex is a safe and secure environment with 24 hour reception where you can book excursions, hire a car and buy your daily paper! There is a laundry, hairdressers, restaurant, pool snack bar, games room, children´s club, evening entertainment and vending machines should you need them. The complex has 2 pools, one heated, and also a childs pool. In the unlikely event there are any concerns the owners live locally and are on hand to deal personally with your queries.
