Villa Maroc is a brand new luxury villa in Protoras / Cape Greco in the beautiful Greco Mare development. Outside it has a private swimming pool and landscaped gardens with chairs, table and sun beds for six, a gas BBQ and table tennis. It also features a beautiful private roof terrace with spectacular views over the nearby shoreline. The owners have created a romantic Moroccan oasis. The large terrace has a shaded pergola with comfortable settees and chairs – perfect for breakfast or evening drinks or to sit and read during the day. Palms, citrus and bougainvillea provide colour and scent and at night the Moroccan lanterns create a magical atmosphere. The villa has two double rooms (one en-suite) and one twin. Cool marble floors on the ground floor are complimented by comfortable leather sofas. The villa has LCD TV, satellite receiver, DVD player, Nintendo Wii, ipod/mp3 docking stations and a local mobile phone for your use. Maroc – your romantic oasis in beautiful Cyprus.

Villa Maroc is located near the shoreline, on the Cape Greco side of Protoras. This area is only a few minutes drive to Protoras centre with its famous Fig Tree Bay beach, restaurants, bars and other attractions and 5 minutes to Agia Napa with its wide beaches and nightlife. Between these two towns is the beautiful unspoilt area of Cape Greco with stunning coastal views and walks. There is direct access to the shore near the villa and a beach is 5 minutes walk. A few minutes further in the other direction (or two minutes drive) is the popular Konos beach and the 5 star Grecian Park Hotel, which provides a variety of water sports. You'll find diving, excursions and scooter or buggy hire shops in Protoras and in Agia Napa there is a large water park and boat trips from the harbour. Lovely local restaurants are within walking distance or just a short drive from the villa, as are supermarkets and small bars. Also see Villa Fotini (ref: 400550) which is a few doors away.

  • The bathrooms all include luxury towels (two for each guest) and the water system is pressurised. A separate additional cloak room is located downstairs and there is also an exterior pool shower.

  • The bedrooms are furnished in contrasting styles with designer fabrics and accessories with many Moroccan features. The linen is Egyptian cotton with anti allergy pillows and duvets. All bedrooms have air conditioning (hot and cold) and duvets are available for use in the winter. The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool and sea, a fitted wardrobe which includes a safe for valuables and a chest of draws where you will also find a hair dryer. It has its own en-suite shower with WC and basin. The 2nd bedroom has a large fitted wardrobe, console table and mirror. The 3rd bedroom which is on the front of the villa with sea views is a twin room but the beds can be put together to form a double if required. It also has a large fitted wardrobe, console and mirrors. Child cots can be provided on request.

Notes: The local satellite system provides hundreds of TV and radio channels and there are Ipod / MP3 docking stations in the Sitting room and master bedroom. We have provided the latest Nintendo Wii games console with two wireless controllers so you can play virtual sports such as tennis, golf or bowling and other games - If you have other favourites please bring them with you. The DVD player will play both DVDs and CDs and the MP3 speakers work with any MP3 player, laptop or other device with a standard headphone socket. A local pay-as-you-go mobile phone is provided for guests use whilst staying in the villa. Smoking is permitted outside the villa, including the roof terrace.

Weddings: This villa provides an ideal base for families organising a wedding at the nearby Grecian Park Hotel which is just a few hundred metres away. The villa is close to Protoras centre, Paralimni and Agia Napa. It's also only about five minutes from the Motorway to Larnaca and the other cities. Villa Maroc has a lovely sister villa - Villa Fotini (ref: 400550) which is just a few doors away and both villas can be booked together to accommodate up to twelve people. A discount is available for guests booking both villas.

Car Hire: Whilst there are supermarkets and shops within five to ten minutes walk of the villa hiring a car from the airport will save you a taxi and enable you to explore the area and make the most of the island, including trips to the capital Nicosia, the Trudos Mountains or the island's numerous historical, religious and archaeological sites. Car hire is quite economical - particularly if you book through a website.

Other Activities: Water Park and boat trips from Agia Napa, diving and sports, walking, fishing, snorkelling, excursions...

A gorgeous villa in a perfect location.Just a few minutes from the glorious Konnos Bay, you can walk to it and see the fantastic views and maybe snorkel on the way.A little sandy beach is 2 minutes from the villa and doesnt get too busy,safe for small children to swim and play with the sand or get some snorkel equipment and explore.Villa pool great with the 40deg heat and is very clean. Villa is decorated to high standards and is fully equipped and verey claean. BBQ great for nice family meals sit and relax in the garden. Table tennis fab too great family competitions.There was a variety games in the villa (I can't believe i was playing scrabble with my 16yr & 13yr boys) and what a laugh we had. Restaurants in walking distance we had some lovely meals and people very friendly.Protoras 5min drive away to see the busy and entertaining strip(nice to get back to the peace and quiet of the villa).Roof garden is just so fantastic, sit up there with a glass of wine very romantic.digital television is handed to have a quiet evening in one night and watch a film together.Welcome pack helpful and staff very pleasant.hThe place feels very safe and secure. Love to go back and would highly recommend it.

We spent a week at Villa Maroc from 8th to 15th Nov 09 and had a wonderful time. The villa was in a fantastic location and the accommodation was 1st class. The pool was lovely, although a bit on the cold side as it was not heated. When not in the pool, we spent many hours on the roof terrace which had lovely views of the sea.

We found a lovely bar /restaurant less than10 minutes walk away that served great local cuisine at very affordable prices. I will have no hesitation in recommending Villa Maroc to family and friends..
