This luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment set in the exclusive complex of Arenal Golf Phase 1, a short drive to the famous Torrequebrada Golf Course well known for it´s International Golf Tournaments. This apartment overlooks one of the community pools and includes a children pool, kids play area and gardens and has sea views from the balcony. There is assigned parking spaces including an underground garage. This is a family friendly apartment complex. The area of Benalmadena offers many family orientated activities, such as Tivoli World, Aquapark, Sea Life and of course, with beautiful beaches only 5 minutes drive by car. The port of Benalmadena offers many restaurants and bars and a very exciting nightlife.

The Costa Del Sol is a name given to almost 300km of coastline. The municipality of Benalmadena is divided in three parts, Benalmadena Pueblo, Benalmadena Costa and Arroyo De La Meil. Torrequebrada is immersed in a relaxed atmosphere in Benalmadena Costa. Within a few minutes walk, there are many activities and places to visit, golf, mini golf, beaches Marina Sea life, Tivoli World, Parque de Paloma, Selvo Marina, The Picasso Museum, Nightlife in the Marina with nightclubs and very close is the famous Hotel Torrequebrada with dinner and show in the Salon Fortuna. The best Spectacular Flamenco and International show on the Costa del Sol.

Golf Information: Torrequebrada Golf Course is close by. It is an 18 hole golf course and is situated between the Mediterranean sea and the mountains. It is rich in tropical vegetation and birds. The Torrequebrada Golf Course has a number of strategic placed bunkers, every hole is a different experience for the player. The average temperature is around 18 centigrade during the whole year. Even in the winter, it does not fall under 14 during the day. The rainfall is moderate which always guarantees a pleasant holiday. The Costa Del Sol has three hundred sunny days per year. The location is favoured by the constant sea breezes and the protective mountains situated next to the seaside.For all of these reasons the name Costa Del Golf was given.

A Fantastic Spot to Stay

This very modern, fully air conditioned and spacious apartment, in a secure and gated community, has stunning views overlooking the Coast on one side and the pool area on the other. The pool area is spacious, beautifully landscaped and private, plenty of room but lacking in sun beds - a few cheap lilos were required. A short drive by car to local supermarkets, beaches, Tivoli World and the neighbouring towns of Feungirola and Torremolinos. The location is slighlty isolated and a car is highly recommended. Some noise can be expected from local clubs into the small hours but the double glazing helps to keep this to a minimum. Ideally suited and easily accessible for young families and all ages.

We stayed at this apartment in July 09 for one week. Large, comfortable apartment with welcome air con throughout, very clean. Well equipped although lacking sunloungers / deckchairs which would have improved the excellent pool experience. Lifeguard always present at pool, although kids regretted no inflatables allowed! Allocated parking space outside. Spanish digi box with some English channels incl CBBC etc to keep the kids happy. Plenty to do in Benalmadena, approx 5 minute drive into town. Recommend visiting Mijas.
