This modern apartment is located on the 3rd floor ( with lift ) in a prestigious residency on Albert 1er. Perfectly situated, within yards of the promenade and sandy beach and adjacent to the Old Town, all the amenities are only a short walk away. In the spacious and bright lounge, there are two good size sofas ( one can be converted into a double bed ), TV, DVD player and a CD/ radio music system. The well designed kitchen is fully equipped and is fitted with a breakfast bar as well as a large dining table with four chairs. The two bedrooms ( one double bed and two singles ) are fitted with floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes. There is a full size bath with shower in the bathroom, a vanity unit and a heated towel rail. The toilet is housed separately with an additional wash basin. From the lounge, access is gained to the balcony which is equipped with a table and chairs.The lounge and balcony benefit from the sun from early morning through to the afternoon.

Antibes is one of the most popular places to holiday on the French Riviera. The Old Town with its labyrinth of narrow streets and lanes is full of charm and character. With over 70 restaurants, bistros and cafes there is plenty of choice to suit all tastes and budgets. Antibes and its sister resort of Juan les Pins are well renowned for their sandy beaches, which attract many visitors thanks to the safe swimming and the clean waters of the Mediterranean. On the outskirts of Antibes, there are attractions for the family such as Marineland, Aquasplash, The Farm and a large amusement park. Other places to visit in the area such as Cannes, Nice and Monte Carlo are all easily reached by train or bus. There are some very pleasant walks ( The Sentier on the Cap d' Antibes ), ( The River Brague ) to take in the area as well as the open spaces of the large Parc du Vaugrenier which is popular with families.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental prices are quoted in sterling although payment will be accepted in sterling or euros payable by bank transfer.
    The rental price in euros will be provided upon request

    A booking is secured on payment of a 25% deposit
    The balance will be due six weeks before the start date of the holiday
    Any bookings made within six weeks of the holiday start date - the full rental will be required
    A security deposit will be required to be paid in cash on arrival which will be handed back on departure after a satisfactory inspection of the property
  • The rental price includes bed linen which is provided at one set per bed for a booking of up to nine nights
    A two week booking will include a change of linen at the end of the first week

    Cleaning is included in the rental price. However as part of the terms and conditions, it is required that the property is left in a clean and tidy condition on departure.
  • Towels are not included in the price. However towels ( not for the beach ) can be hired at a cost of 10 euros per set ( one bath and one hand towel ) per week.

in a wonderful town. The apartment was clean, airy and spacious. It really is only 2 minutes from the sea and probably under 5 mins to the local beach. 5 mins to the Old Town and under 15 mins to the station. The only minor negative was occasional traffic noise during the day but certainly wouldn't be see it as a problem (and no problem at night). Would thoroughly recommend and would book again if (when!) I return to Antibes.

Ann and Michael who manage the apartment were informative and accommodating with arrival and departure arrangements which meant we made the most of our time in Antibes.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We have spend 6 weeks, from medio march to last in april 2009, in this appartment. It is located in our favoured area in Antibes, close to the seaside and the old town. It is a nice appartment, easy to keep clean, and with a small but well equipped kitchen, and we woud not hesitate by coming back some other time.
Before we arrived we got infirmation about how to find the appartment either we came by train, car or bus, and we vere met by Ann and Michael and entroduced to the appartment. We got their phonenumber and vere welcome to call them if we had any needs.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
