Large private apartment with 3/4 bedrooms and sleeping 8 people and equipped for a fantastic holiday. Tucked away in a quiet location but within 15 minutes walking distance of the beaches, shops and restaurants. Although the nearest restaurant bar is only 2 minutes walk. The family can enjoy endless hours in the pool or soaking in the suns rays on the private terraces. San Juan de los Terreros is the a big favourite with Spanish and European families looking for a holiday away from the traditional large resorts. With its many safe beaches and coves, you can be sure of a holiday to remember. With some of the best fish restaurants in the region you will be able to soak up a little of that Spanish flavour of eating late, drinking a bottle or two of wine and then following up with a gentle stroll along the new promenade. Golf and shopping are both only a 10 minutes drive away at Aguilon golf club or the lovely town of Aguilas.

  • Bed Linen and Towels are not included. Bed linen can be hired from us at a price of 10 Euros per bed. Towels can be hired from us at a price of 10 Euros per set. Or of course you are welcome to bring your own along. High chairs and travel cots are available for 10€ per week each to save you bringing your own.
  • A security deposit of £200 or 200€ cash will be required on arrival and returned in full, upon confirmation that no damage has occured on day of departure. (Please note if you require a checkout before 7am, we require your deposit must be in Sterling and this will be transferred back to you within 48 hours)

Distance from Airports: We advise you to fly into Murcia or Almeria but the location is easily accessible from all these airports: Almeria Airport - 115km. Murcia Airport - 100km. Alicante Airport - 195km. Malaga Airport - 320km. We can organise pick ups from Murcia or Almeria. Airport transfers are available if you require them and dont want to hire a car. Almeria = 100€ each way Murcia = 100€ each way Alicante = 150€ each way We now have a great partnership set-up with Goldcar Rental, for car rentals. The office is local in case you need help from them, but you can still pick-up/drop off from Any airport as per normal.(Goldcar only have offices INSIDE airports - so no minibus to car compounds!)
