Our beautifully furnished villa is located in the peaceful sought after area of Wind wood Bay,just 12 minutes from Disney.Our villa offers the following accommodation,4 bedrooms 2 of which have Queen beds and ensuite,1 double and 2 single in other bedrooms with a shared bathroom.Very spacious light and airy lounge with dining area,also a family room with cable TV and DVD player.TV and DVD in all bedrooms.Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and breakfast bar, access to the South facing private pool with no rear neighbours is via the patio doors in the kitchen.

Brilliant Villa had everything we needed!!!

We stayed here in August/September 2009 and the villa far exceeded our expectations. It was a real home from home, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. The pool area was great and the games room was well used for mini competitions. It was also ideally located and everywhere we visited was no more than 30mins drive away. It was very easy to find and within a few days we felt right at home, able to pop to the local supermarket just a short drive away to stock up on supplies, go for bike rides round the local area, and relax with a DVD after a long day at one of the many theme parks we visited during our stay.

I would definitely recommend this villa to others, and would also consider staying here again if I returned to visit Florida in the future.

We stayed here in July and we loved every minute, the villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you could need to feel at home. We all loved the pool and the screened in patio, the games room was a real bonus as the kids
It has an excellent quiet location within easy access of attractions, ChampionsGate Plaza is only 3 mins drive away and has a big Publix Supermarket which has everything you might need and a variety of other shops. There is a McDonalds here & a selection of other restaurants - some of which even deliver to your door.
We would also certainly recommend your villa to any of our friends. Thanks again

Superb Family Friendly Holiday Villa

My husband and I searched for a property having lost a previous villa agreement and when we booked this one were pleased with the response from the owners who willingly answered all our questions. We took our son, wife and three young people with us and the villa was so convenient, sensibly furnished and easy to use. The pool was a great plus and the new games room very welcome in the late evening. The bikes were used too. Our only disconcertment, and it wasn't a real problem was that the description from the web site and the new management team folder were slightly contradictory and therefore we did not connect to the internet as originally planned. However, we would certainly recommend this villa as a good quality, clean, user friendly, home from home and we had a great time.

A tasteful, peaceful home from home in Orlando

We have recently returned from spending a perfect Christmas in this beautiful, tastefully decorated, very comfortable home from home in Orlando.
The property exceeded all of our high expectations and the owners went the extra mile to ensure eveything was perfect for us..they even purchased a Christmas tree for our girls to decorate, which was a thoughtful and well appreciated touch...and though we have stayed in many, many properties, even the most luxury houses, never before have we been greeted with such an appropriate welcome package for breakfast. Thank you! The pool was wonderful in 85' of Florida sunshine. The property is clean and well maintained, in particular the kitchen and bathrooms met our high standards of hygiene. Can't wait to return! Would recommend this as a perfect Orlando retreat 100%.

Windwood Bay Villa

Our stay was in June 2008.

We were initially attracted to this villa due to the tasteful decor and furnishing pictured on the website. We were not disappointed as the villa was very nicely fitted and lived up to our expectations. There are properties either side of the villa but the pool area faces an embankment so is private and not overlooked. In fact it was exceptionally quiet and peaceful throughout our full 18 day stay.

A supermarket, filling stations, fast food etc is just a couple of minutes away, as is the Interstate highway (I4) which ensures fast connections to all the main attractions.

For a quality property we felt the bed in the master bedroom was a bit small (UK standard double) but understand from the owners that the bedrooms were going to be upgraded shortly after our stay.

Overall we had a very enjoyable and pleasant stay.
Owner's Response: We are very pleased with the review as they were our first guests.Our villa has only been a holiday rental property since June 2008.
