The apartment (78 sqm) is located in a part of a historic village house with ceiling vaults and thick walls. By crossing the completely equipped live-in kitchen (granite worktops, gas, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso maker) and climbing up the stairs you reach the living room with a leather sofa bed, fireplace and a small balcony. From here 3 steps lead up to the bedroom with „Grand Lit“ and a large French window, walk-in closet and a natural rock shower. The terrace (35 sqm) with a small cactus garden, teak wood furniture, a small room in the cellar (summer kitchen, washing machine) facing the south-west offers a fabulous view over a wide valley. The apartment has marble floors, sills and staircases covered with slate, classic-antique furnishing, satellite TV and central gas heating.

The mountain village Apricale is one of the prettiest villages in Italy. It is situated on a on the ridge, 15 km from the coast in the hinterland of Bordighera and Ventimiglia. 35 km to Monaco and 85 km to the skiing area in Limone in the Maritime Alps. There are no cars permitted in the village, you can reach the romantic Piazza through narrow alleys and slender staircases. There is one grocery store, good restaurants, bars, galleries, a romantic hotel, pharmacy, post office etc. The village has a friendly mix of long-established Italians and resident foreigners. In the first part of August the famous festival with the 'Teatro Tossa' from Genoa takes place.

Die Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich schön, bis ins Detail stimmig und gut beschrieben. Mit Terrasse und Balkon, gut eingerichteter Küche, schönem Schlafzimmer und gemütlichem Wohnzimmer kann man einfach dort "sein", das Bad mit der Felswand ist ein absolutes Highlight! Allerdings muss man fit sein im Treppen steigen, für Gehbehinderte und Kleinkinder daher nicht geeignet.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Beschreibung passt hervorragend zur Wohnung.
Die Lage ist absolut einmalig.
Die Lage und das Dorf Apricale sind ohnehin Toll!
Es war sicherlich einer unserer tollsten Urlaube!
