Great location, great price

We stayed here in May 2009 after a week travelling around South Carolina and Georgia and it proved to be a great location to relax, unwind and enjoy Florida.
The villa is in a great location - very close to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria - and also benefits from a vast range of local places to eat and drink.
The villa itself is located in a very quiet street over looking a pool. The owners have a local contact who will take care of any problems - but as we had none, we were not disturbed during our stay.
The pool in the property is great. Well maintained, always clean and heated to a nice temperature, it still provided a great place to cool down during the week of great weather. In fact we used to joke that every day we woke up we knew what temperature it would be every day as it was, without fail 28/29 degrees C - if only it was like that back in the UK.
The main living room is spacious, the sofas comfy.
The master bedroom itself has all the home comforts - though at times it lacked a little natural light - but then if you are planning to stay indoors all the time and not make the most of the great weather you may need some medical advice :-)
The other two bedrooms were also a good size and were light and airy.
The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need. All the equipment - including in the laundry room appeared to be very new and well maintained.
The air con is very efficient.
The garage is v large and contains inflatables for the pool which will keep any kids (big and small) entertained.
And the dining area was lovely.
Would I stay there again - yes.
To sum it up - this villa is in a great location, is available at a great price and really was a home from home.
