This modern studio located just outside Estepona town, with the beach right on your doorstep, several restaurants & beach bars in walking distance. 10 mins drive to the buzzing Puerto Banus or 30 mins drive to Sierra Bermeja Mountains with breathtaking views over the Mediterranean, and have a walk through one of the most unique Pinsapos (Firs) Forest. Only a few in the world. The apartment is a terrific base from which to explore historic towns and lovely white villages of Andalucía, Casares is a Must .Playing golf or just relaxing in a beach bar. This studio is equipped with Oven, hob, Fridge, Washing Machine, Iron, TV, DVD, Terrace Furniture, Hairdryer, Linen, Bath Towels and Beach Towels. The apartment has a terrace with lovely views out Gibraltar and Africa. The town of Estepona is only 5 min drive away with lots of shops, banks, tapas bars and restaurants. Large supermarkets close by. There are regular bus services and taxis. Car hire recommended. We also provide a welcome pack.

Our personal welcome & introduction from Jessica (the owner) was outstanding. This thoughtfully and creatively arranged studio, with many extras taken care of, has splendid views, from its balcony, of the sea and local hills with Gibraltar and North Africa visible in the distance.

It's in a quiet location, sufficiently away from the main road. We highly recommend 2 nearby restaurants - the 'Michelin'-rated Playa Bella & the Spanish-run 'Jolly Roger', specialising in fish & seafood dishes.

The local Repsol garage, only a couple of minutes walk away represents a useful source for essentials.
