Javea is the perfect holiday location for every type of tourist and is situated on the North Costa Blanca Coast. This area is declared by the World Health Organisation as having a near perfect environment. Known as the White Coast there are hundreds of beautiful coves with Blue Flag status stretched along her spectacular coastline. Javea is ideal for the family with her famous Arenal sandy beach offering play areas for children, showers and wide selection of bars and restaurants. The Port of Javea has numerous good restaurants and bars stretching the promenade which cater for all tastes and budgets. The pebbly beach offers a number of traditional beach bars where you can laze away the day and evening. The Arenal is only a 3 minute walk. We are within easy drive of Benidorm with all the facilities of theme parks, clubs, shopping, beaches and bars. Denia, Calpe, Altea, Jalon Valley & Guadalest are also close by with Ibiza a ferry trip away. Javea is a fantastic holiday destination.

Although changeover dates are flexible most of the year, from mid June through to early September we can only offer Weekend changes with a minimum booking of 7 nights. The apartment is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure in order for inspection, cleaning and linen change to take place.

Notes to the rental rates

A deposit of 25% is required in order to reserve and book the apartment and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The remaining balance will be required 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. A security deposit of 300 pounds will be required with this final balance which will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property on completion of the rental period. For bookings of more than one week a linen and towel change can be provided for 40.00 pounds per change, advance notice will be required. Linen and towels provided. Beach towels to be provided by yourselves.

| Notes: | The apartment is non smoking and has been furnished to an outstanding quality both interior and exterior with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a south facing balcony with country views and an awning for shade . In the landscaped gardens there is a large communal swimming pool with splash pool for children. The apartment is fully fitted with hot/cold air con & gas CHTG. There is a 2nd television with playstation set up in the twin room which is great entertainment for the children. Long lets are available from October to April at special reduced rates and will be advised at the time of enquiry. More photographs of the apartment can be provided if required. According to the World Health Organisation the climate in Javea is the best in Spain basking in an average of 325 sunny days per year. Javea & General Area
The Town of Javea has a reputation for being a wonderful, relaxing family holiday resort. It offers 3 unique areas - the Arenal sandy beach, bustling fishing port and historical town full of Spanish culture. All 3 areas offer a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars. This part of coastal Spain has not been over developed and you will find no unsightly high-rise buildings. The countryside is surrounded by an abundance of orange and lemon groves, mountains and valleys. Many of the beaches and coves have blue flag status. Local leisure facilities include tennis, golf, water sports and horse riding. In particular by car, Javea Golf Club is five minutes, La Sella Golf 15 minutes, Moraira Golf 25 minutes and Oliva Nova Golf 45 minutes. On a daily basis there are weekly markets in many of the villages and towns offering a variety of stalls from fresh fruit/veg, olives, cheeses, meats, clothes, shoes, sunglasses, handbags, jewelery etc. Skilful bartering recommended!
