Beautiful, spacious exclusive villa situated in gated community about 1 km from the famous village of Mougins, and 10 min to Cannes. This villa is decorated and furnished to an exceptionally high standard in a contemporary style set in nearly 2000 sqm of country gardens with many old olive trees. This 4 bedroom residence can accommodate up to 8 people very comfortably. Downstairs you will find a large living room (with flat screen Sat TV, DVD) and dining room with adjoining kitchen and 1 master bedroom (double bed 160x200) with en-suite bathroom. There is a dressing room and a separate toilet. Upstairs another master bedroom (double bed 180x200) with its bathroom, as well as 2 double bedrooms with 2 twin beds each. 2 shower rooms. Outside you will find a large salt-water pool (13x 6 meters, heated) and 2 terraces offering sun or shade to your liking. Large grass areas offer room for the children to play. Access to the villa is by remote controlled gates.

From here you will have very easy access to some of the most famous golf courses of the French Riviera, such as Mougins Royal Golf, St Donat, Opio/Valbonne and Cannes Mougins Country Club. The city center of Cannes with its famous Palais des Festivals and prestigious shops (Chanel, Dior etc) is only a 10 minute drive away. The region offers a big choice of beautiful sandy beaches with water sports and forests and parks for hiking and biking. Italy and Monaco are just 45 minutes away.

What a wonderful house with such a great pool! This house is the best we ever rented. Lovely decorated, all new and clean. Very nice bedrooms and perfectly located... Our reservation for 2010 is made!

good located in a nice and quiet secured domain. feels very good. the house is in top condition, everything is new. the pool is big and has a perfect temperature also for little children. we definitely would come back. only things missing was airco in the sleeping rooms (we had 35 degrees outside temp.) and a (sun)covered outdoor kitchen.

Wir (2 Familien mit je zwei Kindern - 2x 6-jährig, 18 Monate und 7 Monate) kommen soeben nach Hause von zwei Wochen Urlaub in diesem Objekt in Mougins. Soviel vorneweg; die Zeit in Mougins war fantastisch und wird noch lange, wenn wir uns daran zürückerinnern, ein Lächeln und eine tiefe Zufriedenheit auslösen.

Die Villa können wir wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Es war alles (Empfang, Instruktion, Zustand des Hauses) bestens als wir ankamen - die Betreuung war auch während unseres Aufenthaltes, bei der Rückgabe und Verabschiedung sehr gut.

Das Haus und der Umschwung ist sehr grosszügig, die Innenausstattung (z.B. neuer Kühlschrank, NESPRESSO, 42" Flatscreen, DVD, Möblierung, Anzahl Duschen / WC und alle mit Regendusche...) ist ausserordentlich gut und der Pool ohne Chemie ist fantastisch. Einzig beim Grill haben von 4 Gasbahnen nur zwei funktioniert. Da der Grill aber einer der ganz Grossen war haben wir ohne Problem auf den vorhandenen zwei Bahnen das Fleisch oder den Fisch für alle gebraten.

Dies führte auch dazu, dass wir ausser zwei kleinen Ausflügen (Altstadt Mougins und Hafen Cannes) die ganze Zeit über im Haus geblieben sind.

Die erwähnte Bäckerei ist sehr gut, wenn auch etwas teuer und für die Einkäufe ist der Carrefour nah und ein grösseres Geschäft (Casino) etwas weiter entfernt aber immer noch in Mougins.

Zuallerletzt kann ich auch die für die Vermietung zuständige Agentur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Sie sind freundlich und haben sehr rasche Antwortzeiten.

Wir kommen wieder!
