Bedroom 1 with superking bed and ensuite bathroom, bedroom 2 with king bed opening onto terrace and bedroom 3 with twin beds. Large family bathroom. Small room with window, no view) downstairs adjacent to shower room possible extra bedroom. All upstairs bedrooms have air con. The villa has a large sitting room and dining room with an open fire, French doors onto front terrace and out to covered terrace with built-in BBQ- ideal for outside dining. Large kitchen with seating up to 8 people, comprehensively equipped and with French doors onto terrace. Utility room. Small pool in the garden with another sun terrace. Private drive and parking for several cars

The villa is a 5 min walk from the centre of Deia which is one of the most beautiful villages in Mallorca with its dramatic views, terraced olive and citrus groves, and ancient church which is spectacularly floodlit at night. There are some wonderful restaurants (good reviews from no less than Michael Winner!- if you like him!) ranging from the Michelin starred El Olivo at La Residencis Spa Hotel to the local tapas bars and cafes. If you want to cook then the local food store sells just about everything you will need. There are 2 banks, a post office, pharmacy and several boutiques / gift shops. Visit the nearby town of Valdemossa with its shops, cafes,small theatre and weekly market. Further north (9km) is the bustling town of Soller recently given excellent reviews by Conde Naste, Take a ride on the tram through the town and down to the Port of Soller. The city of Palma with its magnificent cathedral and excellent shopping is not to be missed and takes about 30 mins by car.
