This beautiful, secure apartment is in a 2-floor residence with an elevator. The apartment is located on the first floor and is surrounded by a magnificent park, near the center of Cannes. It is new and very spacious, 60 m², with plenty of storage space, a large bed in the bedroom with view of the park. The sheets and towels are provided. There is a large living room with two sofas overlooking a large terrace veranda with view of the park. An independent kitchen also has a great view of the garden. You will have parking spaces available as well as a private garage. This is a very quiet apartment, only a few steps away from beaches, restaurants, the Croisette, downtown, the Palais des festivals, and the train station of Cannes. You will not need a car as the train passes every 15 minutes which will make it easy for you to visit the splendid cities of Antibes, Nice and Monaco.

A lovely flat in a private walled area. The flat is spacious and well furnished. The owners are a really nice couple who are extremely helpful and so want you to have a good time.
We certainly enjoyed staying in the flat.
The flat is about 1 mile from Cannes centre and can initially be hard to locate as it is in a residential area but once found it is easy to access and the road is direct to the main town. Loads of small shops locally including an excellent bread shop and a nice medium supermarket within 1/2 a mile.
All in all an excellent rental and I would recommend it to others.
