  • We require a 30% deposit to secure your booking ( 50% for July and August), a damage and breakage deposit of 250 € is payable on arrival. This will be refunded following the return of all the keys and a satisfactory property inspection.

  • We also have prices for group size of 2 persons, from 1st Nov to 21st Dec 09 (350€), 21st Dec to 31st March 10 (450€) and 1st April to 31st May 10 (550€). Minimum one Week. For Rental Rate of 2 persons we charge for an Extra guest 100€. Email me for further info. Thanks.

Further details indoors:: This apartment is full equipped, air-conditioned for winter and summer , satellite English TV, DVD and all you need to have a perfect holiday. The main living/dining room is very big, you will have space enough. Double sofa bed . The sun comes inside all day, and the clarity of the apartment is perfect.

Further details outdoors:: Large Terrace which is sunny all day. Table with 8 chairs, sunbeds. Communal Swimming Pool very quiet. Parking Space. Supermarket and shops downstairs. Taxis and Bus within two minutes.

Further details: English-speaking representative on hand to answer any questions. Welcome pack provided on arrival if required. Changeover day is flexible. Less than 6 people or more than 6 please ask.

Golf: The nearest golf course within 10 minutes by car: The 18 holes of Golf Torrequebrada are situated between the mediterranean sea and the mountains. The large number of lakes and bunkers make each hole a different experience for the golfer. Par 72, Price €65 But there are many golf courses around the area. The location of this apartment is perfect for golfers.

Fantastic apartment with central location

If you want to stay in Benalmadena, then this is the place to be. This central location (between the "Bird Park" and the "Windmill Roundabout" is set back from the road so you are not disturbed by the busy main road.

The apartment layout - 3 bedrooms (2 ensuit and the other next to a family bathroom) living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, utility area and a 180 degree balcony / patio and bbq area – is a viable alternative to a villa if you don’t want to be suck out in the hills and relying on a car. It worked particularly well for our party – 2 parents, 2 grandparents and two children – as there was enough room so we didn’t feel we were on top of each other.

The apartment was clean and well maintained. (As is the whole of Pueblo Quinta.) This is helped by Jose and his wife working at the supermarket located in the shopping parade within Pueblo Quinta. They are both extremely friendly and spoke excellent English, if like me your Spanish is very rusty. If anything arose or we had a question, we simply popped down and Jose or a family member would deal with it on the spot. Our previous experience of villas is that you can wait a few days until a management company comes back to you if even the most basic of requests.

Our children were 2 ½ years’ and 8 months’ old when we went. The apartment was perfectly safe for them. It was great that it was on one level as the baby was crawling and the family bathroom was quite large and had a bath. As it is the penthouse the apartment is up two flights of stairs. This was fine for us, but others may find it an issue – took the decision to keep the pushchairs at the bottom of the stairs as it is a gated community. But the one down side was the swimming pool for our daughter. It is an adult pool and the shallow end was too deep for her to stand in as she was 2 ½ years’ old.

i travelled with 4 mums and 6 yes 6 children beutiful apartment extremly well maintained, the owner was lovely and was on hand just below more than happy to help in any way bus times directions ect.paloma park and selwo just 5 mins walk great for the kids with dolphins penguins seal lions and much more, plenty of bars restaurants shops. the apartmnet was very safe and secure for children, and the pool area was great.i have stayed in benalmadena numerous times and this is an ideal spot for everything,i would definatly stay here again.we got the boat from marina to fuengarola and walked to the zoo well worth a visit,also the water park in torrelaminas caught bus and walked plenty for young kids,our age range was 2-7 and they all loved it.we had a fabulous holiday and you will not be dissapointed if you were to book .we stayed the 9-16 june 2009 and it was red hot every day carnt wait to go back xx michelle bradford
