The property is located directly at the beach and can be accessed via a private street. The Villa is on top of a cliff and is mostly surrounded by the sea. You have a stunning view on the beautiful Bay of Moraira. The property is surrounded by Pine and Palm trees and has a beautiful garden. The Villa was built in a typical antique Spanish style with unique Spanish features. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with beautiful hand painted tiles. The living-room is very cosy and every room of the villa has a sea view. In front of the living-room there is a spacious and authentic Spanish patio with a kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Furthermore, there is a big terrace, garden with a large grass area, sitting area with tables and this all directly at the sea. The villa also accommodates a large outside swimming pool with a unique view over the sea towards Moraira harbour. Through a private gate you get direct access to the sea. The Villa is air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Moraira is located between Valencia and Alicante. This village has a great connection to two international airports - Valencia approximately 120 km and Alicante approximately 80 km away. Moraira a former fishers' village, now a days has a Yacht harbour, small tapa bars, authentic restaurants, bodegas, boutiques... You won't find any mass tourism with its big hotels over here. Moraira has a beautiful beach, small bays as well as cliffs. There are also Golf Courses and Tennis Courts close by.
