With a large balcony, out side sofas and dinning for 6, you can really take advantage of the panoramic sea views. The apartment boasts a communal pool (confirm opening times June- September) and it is only 1 min walk to the beach and promenade that has several formal and informal places to dine. The apartment has 3 bedrooms one with a shower, a large open plan living space with TV, fully fitted kitchen inc dishwasher, washing machine & fridge freezer. Maid service available on request. San Juan offers a fantastic shallow golden sandy beach. ideal for families.The village centre has several bars and restaurants with a wide variety of cuisine.Sample the local culture of Aguilas just 10 mins drive away and the lively resorts of Garrucha and Mojacar, a leisurely 20 min drive along the coast road with English bars and International restaurants. There are two golf courses in San Juan with others close by. A car is recommended to take in the local mountains and various coves and beaches that stretch along the coast. The aquapark is only 10 mins away, a great fun day for all.The sharp peaks of the mountains behind the resort shape the skyline as the sun goes down. For those who are feeling energetic you will be rewarded with fantastic views if you're tempted to climb them.

  • Conditions:

    - To book we require a deposit which will be confirmed to you once you enquire. This reserves the dates.
    - You will be sent a booking confirmation sheet which outlines all details and how to pay.
    - The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before you fly.
    - On arrival we will meet you and take you to the property, at this point we ask for a £150 or 200€ cash security bond which you will get back in full after we have checked the property against damage and breakages on the day of departure.
    - on departure date you will need to vacate the apartment at 11am ready for arriving guests.

'Just a short mail to let you know that we had a really lovely time in San Juan this past twelve days.I can see why you fell in love with the place. We spent our first evening sitting down near the beach having dinner, looking at the mountains change from grey to red to black on one side and the moon reflecting off the ocean on the other, ah pure bliss....' The appartment was clean and tidy and was what we were looking for.
If you are looking for a quiet family holiday, with your days spent on the beach/pool, and evenings strolling the prominade, having a bite to eat, then back to the appartment for DVD and a game of cards, this will be the place for you!!
If you want to venture further there is a waterpark 30 mins drive in Vera. Go Karting in Garrucha again about 35 minutes drive.

A very relaxing break

The problem with going on holiday is that you have to come home!

We had a lovely time and the apartment was everything we could have asked for. The kitchen contained all modern amenities and the entire apartment was very well furnished.

The town centre is a short walk down the promenade where there is a supermarket and lovely restaurants. It is a quiet place, especially off season, so do not go if you like a lot of night life.

Aguilas is only a short drive away and has good shopping facilities. Also Mini Holleywood is worth a visit (albeit quite a drive away) for it's zoo and reenacted western style bank robbery and can-can girls.

Being off season it was lovely and quiet and we had the pool pretty much to ourselves which was a bonus given how hot it was - a quick dip was a lovely way to cool off.

We had a lovely relaxing break and will definitely look to go back again.

Excellent Stay in San Juan de los Terreros

The apartment was fab, loads of space, great views of the sea and close to the beach. The bars and restaurants were a short stroll away and provided us with a variety each night. The surrounding area was excellent for exploring and there is some great walking/biking to be had. We had an brill holiday with a mixture of relaxing and exploring which is ideal for us.
