This luxury holiday villa rental is located on a quiet place of Cascais (Guia area) close to Cascais Marina and Quinta da Marinha Golf Course. The property has private Tennis Court, a large Heated Pool (18x12 m), sauna area, Games Room with tennis table and Bar. This Villa has 4 comfortable Bedrooms (with en-suite bathrooms), library (second living area), luxury living room and dining room, full kitchen and BBQ area for all fresco diner. From Lisbon Airport is only 25 minutes drive (by A5). The local beaches are only 5 minutes drive (Cascais and Estoril beaches as well Guincho beach (the best beach for windsurf in Peninsula Iberica). There are several restaurants and supermarkets at walked distance. The large walled garden has total privacy from neighbors. The local is noisy free and ideal for relaxing all year in this bright area of Cascais. This house has lovely furniture supported by persian carpets and unusual and comfortable maples and sofas.
