The villa is Located in the exclusive championship Golf resort Mosa Trajectum. The complex offers 24 hour security, Tennis courts, paddle courts basket ball and children's play areas. The location is very peaceful and pretty with established gardens and water features, a 27 hole golf course and stunning back drop scenery. within the complex is a charming hotel and restaurant plus a newly opened Commercial centre currently offering a couple of restaurants/bars with many more opening summer 2008. Just outside the resort you will find a couple of local Spanish restaurants. Mosa trajectum is located just 15 mins drive from the City of Murcia and less than 20 mins drive to the beautiful beaches of the mar menor and the Costa Calida. The resort is popular with golfers and non golfers alike

This is a lovely villa, in a reasonably quiet location. The villa was clean and well maintained and equipped, the pool was cleaned regularly. We would recommend hiring a car, as the nearest supermarket, beaches, and sights are a good distance away. We didn't use the golf course, but it looked very impressive. The bars on-site were welcoming and friendly, and within walking distance of the villa.
