Semidetached 2 double bedroom/bathroom house refurbished to a very high standard using natural stone, woodflooring, expensive fittings including light dimmers and AV control system with speakers in all rooms including outside on the patio. Door entry system and alarm for security and cinema room with 50' screen and surround sound for a great movie experience. Stylish kitchen with gas hob and double oven, dishwasher etc. Glass stairs to top floor and Velux cabrio windows for added features for the sunny day. Included in stay is a general clean on departure, or if more than one week a weekly clean. The house is situated at Greenland dock. A lovely quiet place close to easy access to center of London. 5 min walk to the Riverboat with only 10 min to Canary Wharf or Greenwich. 5 min walk to Canada Water underground station with only 15 min to Oxford street. 2 min walk to bus routes with access to all of London. Walking distance (30-45 min) to London Bridge following the River Thames.

Central location in London close to all turist attractions including the free museums, Big Ben, Tower of London, Buckingham Palace, Millennium Wheel, Hyde park etc, or if work brings you to London it is located just on the other side of River Thames from Canary Wharf and close to City. Close to Surrey Quays Shopping center with all kinds of shops and 3 min from 8 screen cinema, bowling center and the local restaurants. Within a walking distance of approx 10 min there is 8-10 pubs including our famous Wibley Wobley, that is a boat pub where you can sit outside on the water - Great for the summer time. If you are bringing your car, you are only 20 min from one of the biggest shopping centers in Europe: Blue Water, or just a drive out in the country side in Kent, with great nature and traditional English Pubs.

  • 25% deposit required to rent. Refundable until 2 months in advance from then unrefundable. Remaining 75% to be paid 4 weeks in advance non-refundable or property could be rented out to other side. A safety deposit of £250.00 to be paid on arrival and will be returned on departure when property has been checked. Flexible moving in and out dates and discounted rates for periods longer than 2 weeks. Check in normally 2pm and check out normally 10am but flexibility possible depending on arrival of next guests. Check in and out outside hours from 7am - 23pm comes with an extra charge of £25.00.

Last august our family (6) went to London by car from Spain. The house is modern and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a big market open 24 hours at day very near. The neighborhood is quiet and It´s very easy to park. The owners are friendly and kind.Buses and underground (Canada Water Station) are 5 or 7 minutes walking. A great experience!

As other reviews said, the house is really fully equipped with high tech AV equipement, light fittings, modern furniture, dishwasher, washing machine and all kind of accesories. It was perfectly clean at our arrival.
The owners were very friendly and we didn't have any problems to check in late and check out early in the morning.
If i go back to London, i will try to stay here again, without any doubts.

Los propietarios fueron muy amables y no tuvimos ningún problema para llegar tarde y partir temprano por la mañana el ultimo dia.
Si regresamos a Londres, trataremos de volver a alojarnos en esta casa, sin ninguna duda.

This home was perfect for our family of 5 (we had 2 teens who enjoyed the tv room and glass staircase to the 2nd bedroom). The pictures and description of the location, layout and facilities were accurate. The property was clean and well-maintained. Martyn was so nice and met us at 5:30am on the morning that we checked out. The underground is about a half mile away and there is a shopping center and grocery store nearby. There are also restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. We'll recommend this property to our friends.

What an excellent house. Very well located, scenically and practically.
The owners were very accomodating and helpful, particularly as we were all arriving at different times. Nothing seemed to be a big problem to them at all. (the bath wouldn't fill - 5 minutes later they were there to fix it!)
The house itself is nicely decorated and makes excellent use of all available space. The attention to detail was very high and the fittings in each room (including bathrooms) were of a very high standard indeed.
You would be hard pushed to find a better place to stay in London. We all had a fantastic time here. We would certainly recommend it to others. 5 minutes from the supermarket - another 5 to the subway. Beautifully located beside the dock, making it a joy to come home to at night after a days sightseeing in the city.
Many, many thanks once again from all of us.

Great home base for a London vacation

This house provided a lovely, impeccably clean and comfortable home away from home while visiting London. The location is great since it's quiet, safe and close to the water taxi as well as the tube station. Everything in the house worked and was perfectly maintained, and the beds were totally comfortable. I would recommend this house to almost anyone, although small children or elderly people could find the spiral staircase a bit of an issue. The owners, Connie and her husband, could not have been more helpful or pleasant. I would definitely stay here again for any future trips to London.
