Pula, the complex itself, is small with top class suites and some select apartments and duplex villas. This is a duplex villa. The lounge open plan via double folding patio doors to the outside garden/terrace. The view speaks for itself - beautiful scenic view of the surrounding pine hills and the bay in the distance. Side view to the mountains and hills. All new furniture (08) includes three piece suite, 2 seater settee, a poufeau, a separate chair, TV and sound system, DVD and Hi-fi and tables. Dining room which is open plan to the kitchen (side view) - dining table and chairs open plan to kitchen, breakfast bar, fitted units, base and eye level. Integrated oven hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer. Off kitchen is the utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, microwave. Cloakroom - WC and WHB. Roof terrace accessed from the landing & master bed with beautiful open aspect to hills/countryside.

Situated between three lovely Mallorquin villages, Arta – Capdepera and Son Servera. The nearest village being Son Servera, some three kilometres away where all necessities can be found. This is a 'local' village with good facilities to include banks, cafes, town hall, stores providing most needs but more importantly this is a pleasant village to stroll around. Costa De Los Pinos is 5 kilometres away with a long beach and wide beautiful bay. The area to the north east of the Island provides some of the most beautiful scenery within Mallorca, the natural scenery of green pine trees and the beautiful beaches and contrasting natural stone homes and farms in particular, we recommend Costa De Los Pinos, Cala Agelia, Cala Mesquida and Cala Romantica all within 10-15 minutes drive. There are several high quality golf clubs in the area including the 'Majorca open' course of Pula which is adjacent (reduced fees). There are many excellent (reasonable) restaurants within 10 mins drive.

Golf is very popular on the island and there are several high quality courses within a short drive (10-15mins) including Capdapera, Son Severa and Canyamel golf clubs. Pula Country Club - Facilities include a 5 star hotel, pleasant bar and restaurant. There is also a health and beauty suite with facilities available at reduced prices.

My family and i spent a fantastic weeks holiday in this home from home villa,the quality of the furnishings were excellent,the views were unbelievable,it was only a short walk down to the pool area, which was really well laid out and sunbeds were always available what ever time of day. Cala bona is only a short drive away.
Owner's Response: It is reassuring to read another review enjoying the view from our villa (which is one of the main reasons we bought), It is worth mentioning that the conveniant location of "Pula", makes it an ideal location for Arta, SonServera, and Capdepera, as well as fine beaches at Cala Aguila, and Mesquida, Costa de los Pinos, as well as Cala Bonna.

2 Bed Duplex Pula Golf

The first thing that daunts you when you get there is the climb up the steps, but I assure you its worth the effort because what awaits you at the top are the amazing views of the mountains and the coast from the patio and veranda! The house is very modern, spacious and clean as the owner states, with modern and comfortable furniture. The hotel facilities are modern and clean, the pools were a hit with the children who are all of one and four years, kept them amused for hours while my husband and I soaked up the sun. The service at the hotel was warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble at the poolside bar and restaurant, staff were especially kind to the children which made us happy! There are plenty of beaches nearby which aren't too big and busy which are ideal for children and only a short journey ride away. I enjoyed the local markets at Son Severa and Arta where you can buy anything from fresh fruit and vegetables to jewellery, clothes and many local produce including souvenirs. We took a trip to Alcudia where we had great fun at the water park which was not too big and busy which we all enjoyed. We ate out nearly every night as the majorcan food is delicious, we would always be presented with fresh bread and olives which the children devoured. And the children would always be served first which was great as it kept them quiet! There is a well stocked mini-market in Son Severa which sells everything you would need and a mini department store just opposite for all your other needs with a well stocked baby section which was ideal for us, less to pack next time! We are looking forward to our holiday there next June and would definitely recommend this to our friends, but we will be warning them about the steps inside the house also, especially with toddlers as they have to be suppervised. We had to be a little more vigilant but it was worth it because everything else about the house was perfect especially the views, priceless!

This is a lovely duplex in a beautiful location

The property and its location/details are accurately described on the description and we were not dissapointed. The views from the main bedroom, living room, roof terrace and patio are stunning. You can see the mountains and sea while eating your breakfast on the patio! This was my favourite part of the holiday!

The property was very clean and well maintained. It had all the modern appliances you could want for. We were only a group of two people but It's a very spacious property so I would imagine there is plenty of room for large familys as well.

I found the owner very pleasant to deal with and he was always prompt in responding to my e-mails.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. There are some lovely beaches within a short drive and the local towns have some really good restaurants in the town squares. There is also a bit more nightlife to be had in the nearby resorts of Calla Bona and Calla Millor.

It's well located for biking or driving around the island.

All in all, a big thumbs up!

Hochwertige Ausstattung (Küche, Bäder, Schlafzimmer), tolle Aussicht aufs Meer und die Hügel (und Nachts auf die Milchstrasse), gute Lage (Arta, Capdepera, Portocrista und sehr schöne Strände (Cala mesquida, Cala Agulla, Cala Anguila, Costa dels Pins) alle in weniger als 20 Min. zu erreichen.
Der hoteleigene Pool (5 Min. Fußweg) kann umsonst genutzt werden, ist aber nicht beheizt (also im Oktober sehr frisch :-)

We passed one week in this villa and can recommend it. All information on the internet have been true. The villa is very clean, well equiped and in a good status. There are stunning seaviews from the terrace and the balcony. The contact to the tenant has been very nice and efficent. A car is strongly recommended.
