*****Exclusive cottage ready for rental from Summer 2008**** The cottage has been designed and finished to an exceptionally high standard, it is extremely spacious and is furnished in a contemporary style. The cottage is elevated and enjoys uninterrupted views over Lamlash Bay, Holy Isle and beyond. All other rooms have panoramic views of the Isle of Arran, including Goat Fell. On ground level the cottage has tiled Italian flooring which is heated by oil underfloor heating (included in price). The lounge area is equipped with large LCD tv with built in freeview and is furnished with a very large corner sofa. The large lounge has a cathedral ceiling with a beautiful full height picture window to the front of the property. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Neff Gas Hob and conventional oven, Granite worktops, built in microwave and is equipped with all additional appliances you would expect in a delux home-from-home. The dining area seats eight people again with fantastic sea views.

Stunning Holiday Cottage !!

Had a fantastic week long stay at this cottage end August / Start September. The place is extremely well equipped with every conceivable appliance and the interior specifications are all top notch. We felt very at home and to sit and look out over the Harbor view and Holy Island and watch the sun go down is a truly rewarding experience !! We would recommend this to all our friends and family without question. John & Iris
