A modern and quiet 1 bedroom home that is seconds away from the many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops Antibes has to offer. It sleeps 4 people with a second double bed on a cosy mezzanine. It has a new and modern kitchen and bathroom with a cute Juliette balcony to soak up the atmosphere below. The apartment also has digital TV, DVD and WiFi.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment to be made by bank transfer in euros, note that this could incur a charge, to be met by sender, or by French cheque. There is a 60 euro cleaning/laundry fee payable in cash on departure .Towels and linens are provided including. On arrival you will be met at the apartment, and given a set of keys. The security and key deposit of 300 euros (or equivalent in pounds) will be collected in cash at this time, to be returned on departure less the 60 euros for cleaning.
    Please note that check ins after 9pm. can not be facilitated.

My wife, teenage daughter and I had a truely great time in this clean, modern, well equiped and tastefully decorated apartment. Situated in the old town of Antibes it is close to the beach, marina and all the cafes, restaurants and shops that Antibes has to offer. Approx 5 mins walk to the bus station and 10-12 mins to the train station this is an ideal base for a holiday in the Cote d'Azur. Complete with flat screen TV,DVD and stereo, plenty fans and its own washing machine I cannot speak too highly. Whilst close to the centre of the old town it was not noisy. Would certainly consider using it again.
