Anyone should consider this condo for their next visit!!! We were 4 adults and had plenty of room. Immaculate and such a pleasure to be so close to everything. The view is amazing, the neighborhood fantastic. Cannot wait to stay again! Hotels in the city cannot even compare!.

Our first vacation without our kids after many years and it was the right place to choose. It is quite another experience than in a hotel : lots of space, nice and quit environment. Highly recommendable! Dahlia and Mervin extremely helpful - especially when my wife lost her passport same morning returning to Germany. With Mervin's help - got a new one in 2 hours.

Our group - 4 retired women. What a pleasure to return nightly to the AMAZING condo & relax. The beds - very comfortable, even the couch. Organic market and Drug Store just across the street. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. Absolute luxury !

Great, beautiful decorated, very well located (300 meters from Subway, two stops from 5th Ave, nice delicious restaurants in neighborhood) Kids can swim and relax after visiting the city ! 07/28/08 Positive My husband and I spent a week in the loft in May 2008 and absolutely loved our experience. This spacious condo allowed us to relax before and after our busy days in Manhattan; it was clean, beautifully furnished and quiet. The building is elegantly renovated and has great features like the pool, the gym and the roof deck that we unfortunately didn't have time to sample due to our busy schedule.It felt great to be a part of the New York life in such comfort. 11/15/08 Positive Rating Jo Mountjoy , England, UK We (me and 4 friends) stayed at the loft apartment at the end of October 2008. From leaving the apartment you can be in Grand Central Station in under 10 minutes. Ideally located. We could not of found a better place to stay! Dahlia and Mervin went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

I rented this spacious loft for a recent trip with my husband, sister-in-law, and friend. Even with four adults, we had plenty of space, which is an uncommon luxury in the city. True to the owner's description, this is a great property complete with a doorman and concierge. It's well decorated, clean, comfortable, and conveniently located next to the supreme court of NY.
