This beautiful semi detached villa is situated on 2 levels. It has been fully refurbished and recently furnished to a high standard throughout. The owners have included very stylish furniture. The kitchen includes washing machine, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, iron with board. The comfortable lounge/diner has 2 sofas and a beautiful dining table and chairs that seats 4. This room also has satellite TV which includes some sky channels, a DVD player, ceiling fan and patio doors that lead on to the terrace area. Both bedrooms are on the upper level and have ceiling fans and large fitted wardrobes, the main bedroom has a small balcony with stunning sea views. The private pool is surrounded by a large terrace with 4 sunbeds with mattresses and table and chairs for 4 there is also an outside shower and BBQ there for your enjoyment. There are splendid views of sea and mountains from the terrace. The upstairs bathroom has a bath with shower. Private Parking.

This villa is situated in a quiet area of Las Americas and is just a 10 minute walk from the centre of town. The newly built Siam park and the Aqua park is within walking distance. There are plenty of nearby bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, banks etc. The Sandy beach is also a 10/15 minute walk away. This area is very popular. Go Karting. Tenpin bowling. Jungle park. Aqua park, Siam Park Many theme parks, 3 golf courses are all nearby. Playa De Las Americas is very central and has everything close by to suit your needs

As i personally meet all guests on arrival you can pay me once you are here in cash, euros, sterling travellers cheques or if you prefer eight weeks before your arrival date. You can pay by paying funds direct into our bank account in the UK or sending a cheque to our address in Essex or for clients outside the UK you can pay direct into our euro account from any other euro account. We will of course reserve your dates for a couple of days once you have notified us that you want to book. We will confirm the booking and alter our calender once the deposit has been received

The owner of this property lives nearby. He is on hand at all times in case of any unforeseen matters. The owner also maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a high standard throughout. You will be greeted on arrival to be shown around the villa and to give general advice regarding the local area. We would also like to mention that the villa is in an established residential area therefore there is no building work going on near or around this property. Swimming pool: Our outside pool has been constructed to the highest level by a local established company. The filtration system works on a timer therefore there is no maintenance required. There is a safety ring nearby. The owner does all the update and cleaning of the pool.
