Nearest Beach: beach at 300 Metres
The apartments are centrally located just a few minutes to the city front, which comprise public gardens, youth marine and promenade. Its also 3 minutes walk to Sliema were most of Malta's shopping centre and restaurants and hotels are situated. apartment is very close to the MALTA UNIVERSITY/ HOSPITAL

We really enjoyed our holidays in this apartment. Everything corresponds to the description, it is comfortable. No air-conditioning as stated, only 2 big fans, not enough with the hot weather! And it is 45mns from a nice sandy beach by bus. But the owner was very kind, always answered the emails rapidly. And the man who welcomed us was really friendly.
Owner's Response: Im glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Its states clearly on the website that AC is only in the penthouses! and not in the apartments

The description about the apart is accurate: it has all the facilities promised, it is clean and well furnished. The only remark is that it hasn't air-conditioning, but two big and (a little noisy) electric fans. However it's not a real problem. It is really close to the beach, but if you want to go to sandy beach you have to take a bus (there are frequent and cheap trips) or rent a car, as we do.
The owner was kind and helpful (he waited an hour for us!).
I'd recommend this apart to a friend!!

The room was clean and nice. The location was good, very close to busstop and not to long distance to walk either to the bath or restaruants. The owner were also very friendly and helped us with everything.

A good economical place to stay

This appartment is a great and economical place to stay in Malta, however it does not have AC as stated and the landlord is quite a lot of work before an agreements can be reached.
