A fantastic located 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private swimming pool in a great location at the Mar Menor Golf Resort. The villa is close to the practice ground, clubhouse, spa, hotel and social centre and benefits from all day sun. All the resorts facilities are withing easy walking distance and a car is not required. The villa is beautifully furnished and has a large garden and its own private pool from which enjoy the sun all day! The property has UK TV and air conditioning and central heating throughout. The accommodations compromises a large lounge with dining area, bathroom and kitchen downstairs and three bedrooms, two bathrooms (1 ensuite) upstairs. The villa also has a large covered terrace off the lounge and large terrace off the upstairs landing.

The Mar Menor Golf Resort is located by the town of Torre Pacheco and close to the holiday resort of Los Alcazares and the beaches of the Mar Menor. Within a short drive there are lots of golf courses including La Serena, Roda Golf, Hacienda del Alamo, La Manga, Mosa Trajectum and La Torre, making the area perfect for golfers. The historic cities of Cartagena and Murcia are both within a 30 minute drive. Murcia airport is less the fifteen minutes by car and is served by many UK airports and budget airlines.
