Comfortable village house with garage and terrace, mountan view
La Vigne is charming and well kept house in the medieval village of Haut de Cagnes. The terrace overlooks the surrounding roof tops and the mountains, and enjoys a lovely afternoon and evening sun. Perfect for sunbathing, an afternoon glass of rosé or a moon-lit dinner! The terrace is sheltered and private. A great asset of La Vignes is the fact that it incorporates it´s own garage, with direct access to the house. This is much sought after! On the top floor, the living room´s French doors open onto the terrace. There is also a shower room with a WC. On the middle floor, the kitchen adjoins the dining room, with a table for 6. Next to it is the master bedroom, with a double bed. On this floor, there is also a guest WC. On the ground floor, there is a room with French windows leading out to the little alley outside. This room, situated on the ground floor, next to the garage, has a sofa bed and can be equipped with an extra bed.

The medieval village of Haut de Cagnes is perfectly located only 12 minutes by car from Nice airport, and 5 minutes from the beach (20 min walk). This is the area where the ligth is so special that it has attracted artists from all over the world. Haut de Cagnes is dominated by the 13th century Grimaldi castle, and the village is home of around 15 restaurants. Nice and Cannes are 20-30 minutes away, Antibes about 20 min, and St Paul-de-Vence only 10 minutes. There are art galleries, museums, and a theme park in the region, as well as exciting shopping in Nice and Cannes. Italy is less than an hour´s drive away.
