The apartment complex has a Pool, large sun terrace, lifts and being located on the top floor of a 5 level block is very quiet with no noise from other apartments. The apartment is larger than average with a separate bedroom with 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes, Lounge with TV/Video/DVD Player, Double Sofa Bed, Dining Table, Bathroom with bath & shower, a fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave and fridge and a large balcony with Dining Table and truly wonderful views of the beach, harbour and resort. You won't need to hire a car or use taxis as everything the resort has to offer - bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, family entertainment is within easy walking distance.

Notes to the rental rates

• These rates are based on 2 people sharing the apartment, increase by £12.50 per person for further guests ie : 4 people = £225 per week. This is due to increased Linen/Towels Cleaning Costs, etc.
  
• A deposit of £80 per weekly stay is required to secure your booking and full payment must be received either by cheque or direct bank transfer no later than 6 weeks before your departure. Any late bookings within 6 weeks of departure will require an instant payment in full to secure the booking.

Puerto Mogan known locally as Little Venice is a short distance away, it is well worth a visit, especially on Friday’s busy market day. It's beauty is breathtaking. It can be reached by catching the regular & very popular water bus service from Puerto Rico's marina, or the normal cheap overland bus or taxi service. The old city of Las Palmas is a must to visit if you like to shop at the large department stores, or view the grand old historic architecture, along with it's typical Canarian culture. San Bartolomé de Tirajana in the mouth of a huge crater at the foot of the central massif. These are the highest points of the island: Pozo de las Nieves (1,965m) and Los Pechos (1,961m), from where there is a marvellous view of the scenery of La Galdera de Tirajana, the valleys of Ayacata & Fataga with their villages & the Guanche of Artenara

Gran Canaria is only a 4 hour flight from the UK which enjoys year round sunshine, it There are attractions for everyone, whether you are visiting Gran Canaria with friends or the family it has something for everyone!!! Attractions on the island include museums, monuments and historical architectural buildings that are extremely impressive, churches and botanical gardens. The views and scenery in the mountains and forests are spectacular as are the beaches and sand dunes! If you’re into your water sports, then it is a brilliant place to go with several windsurfing and diving schools if you’re a beginner or want to brush up on your skills you can. It is also ideal for surfing, body boarding, deep sea fishing, par ascending, jet and water skiing, sailing and has great coves for snorkelling and shipwrecks and marine reserves for scuba diving, there are also many diving schools across the island in the main resorts where you can take diving course's from beginners to the more advanced.
